About Mark and Debbie Tisch

We have been to a lot of beaches but when we found Gulf Shores and Orange Beach in 2010, we just knew that was the place for us! We love the beach, the setting, location, the people and the attractions. We think we have found the perfect condo on the best beach!

We also rent secluded cabins with great mountain views just outside Pigeon Forge and the Great Smoky Mountain National Park. We're familiar with the rental business and strive for excellence!

We believe that our unit has the best views on the Gulf of Mexico. It is simply amazing! We have furnished our condo with comfort being the top priority! Flexsteel reclining leather sofa's, top of the line mattresses, bamboo pillows and comfortable patio furniture are just some of the features you do not normally find in a rental.

2017 Spring Break Paradise!

EVERYTHING about this trip was perfect! Our group consisted of three siblings and their families, which included six adults and 5 kids for the week. When we booked this unit we all had high hopes that it would live up to the pictures and description on the VRBO site. We weren't disappointed! From the minute we walked in the door, my entire family was overwhelmed by the amenities, the beauty and the million-dollar views at all times of day and night.

Coming from Wisconsin, we couldn't get enough of the ocean and beach scene. The high-speed elevators made it very easy to commute from our 30th floor penthouse to the white-sand beach multiple times per day. And the ocean view balcony made it easy for those in the condo to see what was going on down below - including the fishing for flounder and crabs.

The location of Phoenix West II was great. We were within 15 minutes of great golf courses and every other convenience you need on a vacation. But our favorite was that we were one block away from Lartigues Seafood Market. We couldn't get enough of their fresh catch of the day and the endless pounds of crawfish and shrimp (the Reds were unbelievable!). Seriously, we did a dinner with 6 lbs. of crawfish, 5 lbs of shrimp, 2 lbs of scallops, 2 lbs of creole sausage and a few side salads. We had Lartigues' steam and season the crawfish and shrimp, which is highly recommended. It was incredible!!

During our week we also got a lot of use out the tennis courts, fitness center and outdoor grilling area, which was a great place to meet other vacationers. But without question, the kitchen in our unit was the X-factor for our week. My brother-in-law is a culinary genius and he had everything he needed to work his magic. And the wine/beer fridge and ice maker got a ton of use from our clan also..

If you can work it into your schedule, we highly recommend making a visit to the National Naval Aviation Museum to see the Blue Angels practice session. This turned out to be one of the highlights of our week! It's a short 45 minute drive and the hour-long practice session by the Blue Angels was incredible! The museum is also awesome and I would say is better than the Smithsonian Air Museum.

Last but not least, I want to thank Mark and Debbie for their help in making this vacation happen. These two know how to make the VRBO process work smoothly and allow us to focus on enjoying the time with our family. They genuinely cared and made certain we were taken care of.

Great place to stay for families!

The property is very nice and clean. The condo we stayed in is beautiful with amazing views of the beach and ocean. My kids loved the lazy river and the water slide. Great vacation spot!

2017 Gal's winter vacation

Mark & Debbie, want to thank you so very much for sharing you beautiful condo with us. As always it was clean decorated beautiful & the views are amazing. We so enjoyed the balcony sitting out watching the waves, sunrises & sunsets...spectacular!!! We saw dolphin's several times & the weather was nice 60's & 70's. went to Foley to the outlet malls shopping. Enjoyed several great restaurants like Wolf Bay Lodge, Wentezels oyster house, Fish River Grill, LuLu's, Gilby's , Gelato's Joe's, Bahama Bob's. Went to FloraBama what fun listened to music. We did have through no fault of your's at all some internet problems but finally a very nice young man named Dave figured out the problem put in a new router & all was good. we always hate leaving but look forward to returning. Take care & God Bless....the Gal's from Illinois

Fabulous girl's weekend !!

Words cannot express what a wonderful time we had in the penthouse ! Thanks to Mark and Debbie for sharing their beautiful condo for our girl's annual beach trip. We have stayed in other units at Phoenix West II but 3001 was to us the PERFECT condo !! Great location, awesome views, as well as beautiful furnishings in every room. Definitely looking forward to returning !
