This fully furnished spacious villa is situated in a safe/quiet residential estate being ideal for a family holiday in the sun. Located close to the junction of US27 and 192 this villa is within 15 – 20 minutes’ drive of the theme parks of Disney. Lake Davenport, a natural lake, is only a 5-10 minute walk from the villa and the dock offers a fantastic opportunity to take in the beautiful surroundings. Guests have access to the large private Community Pool by the lake which has its own changing facilities. There are also Basketball and Tennis Courts, a Picnic area and Children's play area.
An exceptionally spacious, modern and open plan 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom single storey villa with privately enclosed Swimming Pool - a relaxing and tranquil haven after a busy day in the parks.
The entrance leads into the vestibule and on through to the bright and airy Lounge and Dining Room which has a vaulted ceiling. Sliding doors lead from the lounge area out to the Patio and pool area. The Dining Area which has a dining table that comfortably seats 6 leads to the kitchen. The kitchen is fully fitted with single oven, microwave, dishwasher, 4 ring hob, double sink with waste disposal unit and American style fridge/freezer. Additionally there is a laundry area within the garage which has both a washing machine and tumble dryer. The Living Room area contains two 3-seater settees, 40 inch flat screen HDTV with HD cable channels, internet hub and DVD player.
The master suite is set away from the remaining bedrooms, giving an air of privacy. The bedroom has direct access to the pool area and has a king size bed, flat screen 28 inch TV with premium cable channels and alarm clock. The master bathroom has a large walk in shower enclosure, and large walk in closet with ample hanging and shelf space.
The remaining bedrooms and family bathroom are located in a passage way off the living room. The second bedroom which adjoins the family bathroom has a Queen sized bed with ample closet, drawer and shelving space and alarm clock. The third bedroom, which overlooks the patio and pool area, is furnished with twin beds, with wardrobe and drawer space.
All the bedrooms are carpeted for extra comfort with linens and towels replaced regularly.
In the secluded rear garden area there is large swimming pool (26ft x 12ft) screened and very private, with external shower, and patio / deck area which is accessed through the patio doors that lead out from the living room. The patio / deck area has sun loungers, table and chairs to facilitate the sunshine, seek shade or just simply a corner to enjoy an evening refreshment.
The driveway has parking for 2 cars and leads to the double garage. The villa is non-smoking and is disabled friendly. A crib, high chair and fold down single bed are available at no additional cost.
Our guests are provided with free unlimited access to wireless broadband internet connection (Frontier FIOS) and free local telephone calls.
Prior to arrival, all our guests will receive a guest information booklet which provides them with specific details about the villa, general information about Florida, distances to attractions and some other key points. The villa has an alarm system and keyless entry system which means that all our guests have direct entry and there is no need to stop en-route to pick up any keys.
A mid-stay clean can be arranged at an additional cost. Pool heating can also be arranged at an additional cost.
Our manager is available 24/7 to deal with any urgent issues and ensure that our guests receive the very best care.
Safety features: The villa is fully fitted with the requisite number of carbon monoxide detectors, smoke alarms and fire extinguisher to ensure our guests are safe during their stay. For additional safety the access area to the pool has been fitted with pool alarm to ensure that the children cannot access the pool area without your knowledge.
