Spacious apartment in kitsilano

The apartment was very well equipped,clean,excellent location.The addition of a washer and dryer was useful for my five night stay .The for was excellent for giving immediate warmth on some very wet days.The bed was a little soft but I think that that is personal taste.May be a little noisy in the summer as it is at road level and on a road junction.

It really was a lovely apartment and very well maintained with a hard to beat location

Great property excellent location.

This property was perfect for my extended stay while doing business in Kitsilano. Perfectly situated in a great neighborhood between the beach, shopping and the office. The home was very comfortable and well equipped with everything I needed. The gas fireplace in the living room kept the place warm during a somewhat cold and rainy week and the washer/dryer was very convenient. The host met me at the property, explained the workings of the home and answered questions about the neighborhood. She was always available and responsive via text throughout the stay. Would happily stay here again.

A clean and well kept apartment in a perfect location.

We (a family of four) had a lovely time at Kitsilano Beach and thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful and fully equipped apartment. The location was perfect for us, right between the beautiful Kits Beach and buzzing 4th Avenue. Lots of good places to eat in the neighborhood.

The only downside to the apartment would be the patio, which only offers a little bit of afternoon sunshine, but on the other hand you are only steps way from Kits Beach so that certainly makes up for it.

Fully Equiped, Great Location

Nice neighbourhood, 2 blocks from the shopping & dining of 4th Ave, 2 blocks down to the beach and good dining options. Almost everything one needs in a real home especially for a lengthy stay, even an outdoor BBQ. Owner is well organised with attention to detail, modern kitchen and appliances. Wonderful stay, would rent again.

Clean, spacious apartment in lovely Kits

My husband and I stayed in the apartment for a week. We were met by Marya who gave us a thorough run through the apartment which was great. Everything about our stay at the apartment went smoothly. It is very clean, comfortable and spacious with a small but very well stocked kitchen and outside patio with bbq which we used. There was ample fresh linen and towels for our stay and it was great to have laundry facilities. The apartment is 2 short blocks from all that is great about Kits, food, fashion and coffee ( 49th Parallel) and Safeway. We walked into Granville Island easily and made use of the bus system often and easily. Will definitely be recommending Marya's apartment to friends. Thank you for a great visit to fabulous Van.
