Zagot rated Tokyo Blue fine asian restaurant and lounge with entertainment, casual Tiki Bar, restaurant poolside, coffee shop, hair salon boutique shop, and more all on the premises. Shopping and nightlife all within walking distance. Viva Ft. Lauderdale!
Very nice condo, well kept and clean. Restaurant in the hotel is excellent. Fred is very responsive and a pleasure to deal with.

El valet parking funcionó muy bien, la playa perfecta, los restaurantes del hotel muy cómodos. Fred y su esposa estuvieron para solucionar cualquier inconveniente. En definitiva, sumamente recomendable!!!!

We just returned from our week stay at Fred's place and cannot say a negative thing about it. The location was ideal! Conveniently located close to airport and all the amenities that you need (grocery, cafe's, restaurants & souvenir shopping). Also an easy drive to Miami so we enjoyed a day on S. Beach and some shopping on Collins Ave as well a quick ride up to Sawgrass for outlet shopping.
The beach & pool were just awesome and fortunately we had great weather to enjoy both every day. The hotel does charge for umbrella & chair rentals but unit had an umbrella and 2 sand chairs to use so no need to rent really.
The unit was very comfortable and clean and accommodated us (2 adults and 2 teens) perfectly. Will reiterate what others have said as well, in terms of view - nothing like starting your day on the balcony and watching the sun come up and the waves rolling in, simply breathtaking and relaxing. We spoiled ourselves and ate out each night (and may I suggest Chima for a nice dinner out but go hungry!) but nice size kitchen with all the utensils you need to cook & clean up.
I liked the valet parking especially over the weekend when it tends to be busier at the hotel, and those boys were on it 24/7 - worth the extra $.
I would highly recommend this unit specifically (based on what I heard they are not all the same and think going thru an owner vs hotel itself is well worth it)

I would also recommend both Fishing HQ for some deep sea/sport fishing (we caught king fish, mahi mahi and a huge barracuda) as well as the Sea Experience for snorkeling adventures (the folks who ran the operation and guided the tour were just fabulous. We got to see several fish and a shark!) Both of which are again a short 10 minute drive from the hotel
My wife and I were pleased with our experience during the first 2 weeks of March. The unit (and usable balcony) face East for beautiful views of the ocean and spectacular sunrises. Great place for morning coffee. The building is located conveniently to a Wynn-Dixie grocery, a CVS and other shops. We enjoyed walking each day (2-4 miles) along Galt Ocean Drive and through the neighboring residential areas. Nice restaurants were within our walking distance range; we liked the Blue Moon Fish Company on the Intracoastal Waterway off Commercial for lunch, Aurora on the beach at Commercial for early dinners, and the Tiki bar on the property. Most days we had meals in our unit. The weather was comfortable during our stay. We went to the beach or the pool almost every day. We did have some negatives. I was not aware of the $8/day charge for parking, but this was valet and kept our car safe. We had access to it whenever. The washer and dryer are in the basement of the building, not in the unit, which was inconvenient, but we managed. Lastly the building is mixed use, i.e., it has both hotel rooms and condos. The last few nights we had numerous rowdy Spring Breakers on our floor and congregated outside the building, so if you are looking for peace and quiet during the period of college Spring Breaks this unit is probably not for you.
My wife and I recently spent a week at this property. The unit is in very nice condition. The ocean front view from the balcony is incredible. WOW! The unit has a full kitchen, Wi-fi, and cable TV. The pool area is very nice as well, as is direct beach access. The owner had excellent communication with us, and our deposit for any damage was returned as planned. Thank you.
