Spacious Condo with 2bedrooms/2full baths & parking in a great Uptown location!
I am a life long New Orleanian and I have lived in many different neighborhoods. I have owned and lived in my house on Napoleon Ave. for nineteen years. I love my neighborhood and never want live anywhere else!
Angele purchased this Condo in 1998
Why Angele chose Uptown
Location! Location! Location! Walking distance to Mardi Gras, St. Charles Avenue and amazing restaurants! It's always a great place to take a walk and discover something new and beautiful. I live in the heart of New Orleans but there are tons of trees and flowers. It's close enough to the French Quarter but not too close. Uptown is convenient to all of the best New Orleans has to offer!
What makes this Condo unique
On the Mardi Gras Day Parade Route and just a short walk to all of the other parades on St Charles Avenue and Napoleon. Waking distance to Freret St or Magazine St for shopping and incredible food! A short ride on to the streetcar from Audubon Park, Tulane and Loyola Universities, The Garden District, French Quarter (Bourbon Street), WW2 Museum, Carrollton and so much more. Located just 2 miles from the Mercedes Benz Superdome and the New Orleans Arena (Smoothy King Center).

We really enjoyed are stay and the location of the property.
Angele was an excellent host, property was very clean and centrally located providing access to downtown, Bourbon Street, Convention Center, Stadium and the French Quarters.
There is a trolley within walking distance on St. Charles providing an opportunity to sight see and access to other nearby venues.
The ladies and I had a wonderful time and would stay again whenever visiting New Orleans.
Great apartment. Well appointed and very clean.
Great visit to NOLA!!
We had a wonderful time staying at Angele's apartment! It's conveniently located in the uptown area, and had everything we needed for an excellent stay. We got some incredible tasso and andouille sausage from Cochon Butcher shop on Tchoupitoulas St. and some shrimp and salmon from the Fresh Market on St Charles. We had great meals at the restaurants (especially Cochon!), and did some really good cooking in the apartment. There is a cab stand next to the park across the street from the apartment, so catching a cab was as easy as walking outside. We will definitely stay there again the next time we visit New Orleans!
Thank you for your review! I am so glad that you enjoyed your stay!
Outstanding New Orleans Condo
This condo was outstanding in so many ways: location, amenities, accommodations and Angele, the owner, who was helpful and attentive. It was an amazing stay in an amazing city!!
Great Place Great Location
Perfect place from which to explore NOLA. Great location, very nice apartment, best stocked HomeAway place I've ever stayed at. Even had a few cold beers in the fridge. The owner is a very nice lady who lives upstairs and is great at communicating and making you feel welcome.

Napoleon Street condo
Ideal location - easy walking distance to streetcar on St Charles. Condo appointed well and extremely well stocked. Beds very comfortable. Very clean. Ideal for 2 couples traveling together. Loved it; will definitely book again if available. One suggestion for improvement. - the
Bathtub is a bit slippery. A mat or adhesive strips would make it a bit safer. Thank you for sharing your

The property is located in family friendly, historic Uptown New Orleans. It is just four blocks off of St. Charles Avenue on beautiful oak tree lined Napoleon Avenue. A short walk will get you to all of the best Mardi Gras parades. When there are no parades you can enjoy a streetcar ride to view historic mansions and beautiful Audubon Park with its world class zoo or play a round of golf. Head the other way down St Charles Ave. to the French Quarter and it’s a different side of history. You can stroll through the French Quarter and enjoy a different festival nearly every weekend, the amazing architecture, restaurants, antique shopping, the Audubon Aquarium and Insecterium, Mississippi Riverfront, Jackson Square. If you’re more the party all night type there’s always Bourbon Street and if you’re here for the music there always live music on Frenchman St.
There are also so many fabulous restaurants, boutiques, antique shops, art galleries and live music venues Uptown. The property is centrally located so you can enjoy all of what New Orleans has to offer!
