Also note that the gas fee is not charged during the summer months of June/July/August and begins on September 15. The summer months however do incur a utility charge of $50/day, so any inquires of dates during that time frame will show the gas fee/utility fee in the quote. Should you elect or want to reserve/book online and do so during the summer months, the gas fee/utility fee will be charged. Further, also note that the gas/utility fee unfortunately can not be calculated as a daily rate during the winter months and will only show as a $50 daily charge, so any vacation request during the winter months will have the gas fee charged accordingly up to the maximum weekly fee. So please again note that when figuring out your rental rate as the rate will more than likely be a bit higher to account for the added gas usage charges up to the maximum amount on a weekly or daily basis. Should you elect or want to reserve/book online the correct gas fee will then be calculated by me based on days and or weeks the property is rented and charged accordingly. Again, I will edit your rental request as necessary for the gas fees and then send you an updated quote to rent the house for the correct amount.
Please also note that their is an administration fee for all credit card transactions and you can view those fees on my rental contract that is uploaded to this listing. To view the rental agreement you will need to download the rental agreement as you try to book the property online on the payment page. The contract will then download to your computer for review and you can review terms of the agreement. So, if you reserve online, you will need to book the house via credit card for the security deposit and then by e/check to avoid any fees for rental payment by credit card. Lastly, I do have a cancellation refund in place and it can be viewed on my rental contract. So, please do note that I do have a refund policy in place and that the refund terms are listed the third page of my rental contract.

The large master suite has a Cal King bed, 50 inch flat screen television with direct TV and a two-sink bath with a large tub and hand shower. Additionally, the master bathroom features a large walk in shower. There is a solid door that leads out from the master bedroom to the pool and spa area. The other two spacious bedrooms or hall bedrooms look out onto the front of the house and has magnificent views of the mountains during the morning sunrise and evening sunsets. The back hallway bedroom has a King bed and 50" flat screen television and the front hall bedroom has a Queen bed with a flat scree TV, each with comfortable furnishings, and with its own flat screen televisions with direct TV access. The last bedroom is slightly smaller than the two hallway bedrooms and is adjacent to the master bedroom or as I call it the middle bedroom. This fourth bedroom features a full size bed with a dresser along with a closet for storage of any clothing and or miscellaneous items. Although this room is slightly smaller than the two in the hallway it is a very functional room large enough for a comfortable and private stay by guest with ample natural lighting, can lighting for reading, ceiling fan and IPOD/IPHONE docking station with an alarm clock, along with a 32" TV with Direct TV service. Close to (within a mile) the downtown shopping strip, The Aerial Tramway, World Gym, The Riviera Club, three shopping malls, excellent restaurants, medical facilities, spa locations, worship centers, award-winning golf courses and several casinos. The residence is non-smoking, although smoking is permitted, outside. All linens are provided, including swim towels. Families with infants and or children of all ages are welcome, however, the pool area is not fenced and or gated, so we discourage unattended toddlers and younger children swimming or to be unattended at anytime while in the backyard near or around the pool. Well behaved dogs are also welcome. We cherish our escapes to our own desert getaway, as we always have valuable rest and memorable fun.
