The bedroom which is separate by floor to ceiling frosted glass has a double bed and the living room features pullout sofa bed.
Large balcony with patio furniture and partial view. Full bathroom with bathtub/shower combo along with insuite laundry makes this the perfect vacation rental or long term stay.

Upgrade Lonsdale

I was given an upgrade to this property and the space was lovely. The chocolates and sleeping mask were a great touch. Excellent location in North Vancouver. It was great for an overnight stay. I enjoyed walking to a lovely coffee shop down the street called 49th Parallel. They had the best coffee and pastries. The only drawback was the construction noise outside my window in the morning. They have a new building going up across the alley. I was also going to do a load of laundry until I noticed the mold in the washer. I hope House Keeping is able to clean that up for your next guest. I would definitely recommend this property because of its excellent location and would stay there again.

Lower Lonsdale

This is my third stay with this property. It was as excellent as the previous two. We had a great time and couldn’t ask for more. Thanks to hostess Candace for giving us exceptional help.

Fantastic location, great property

This is a perfect spot to stay for any vacation in Vancouver! It’s a short walk to the north harbor shops and restaurants area and the Vancouver harbor sea-bus terminal. Sea Bus ferries run every 15 minutes back and forth across to Vancouver so it’s extremely easy and quick to get into the city from 6am-11pm. The property itself is an established 5 floor apartment building with a mix of rental units and long term residents. Therefore it is managed well, highly secure, in great condition, and located in a nice neighborhood. We rented a 1br/1ba and were upgraded to a 2br/2ba, so I didn’t get to see how the unit matched up with the listing pics, but the unit we ended up in was beautiful! It was furnished well and everything we needed was provided. Bonus points for being able to do laundry in the stacked washer and dryer, they even provided laundry soap. Check in and out was detailed and easy. Definitely recommend this place, it’s like having your own apartment in North Vancouver for the price of a hotel room.
