As you enter this apartment, to your right you will find the first bedroom with a full size bed, and a full bathroom. To the left of the main entrance you will see the fully equipped kitchen. It also includes a bar that has sitting for two people. The dining area is found to the left of the kitchen, which has siting for five people. There you can also find the laundry room, and lastly the guest bathroom, which is a half bathroom.
Alongside the dining room will be the living room, which includes a queen size sofa bed, and TV.
You will also find a glass door that leads to the balcony, where there will be two long chairs, and a coffee table.
The Master bedroom is located to the right of the living room. Including its own master bathroom, master closet, an a king sized bed.
Finally, the last bedroom has a queen size bed, and shares the guest bathroom.
This apartment is located on the first floor of the building.

Linens and towels, however it is the responsibility of the guest to wash them after each use. We do not provide new linens or towels for longer stays.

There is no designated parking spaces for the condos. Townhomes can use the garage if it is available, and the parking spot in front of the garage. All guests that stay more than 30 days, will need to stop by the HOA office to pick up a parking decal in efforts to identify vehicles permitted on property.
