Why Barbara Larson chose Paso Robles
Located in the heart of Paso Robles, we love this home for the ease and convenience of walking downtown to enjoy everything from restaurants, antique stores, art studios, cinema, the city park and downtown wine tasting rooms.
What makes this Bungalow unique
This house has great karma! An archway in the dining room frames a large window overlooking the backyard and provides an open & bright environment. This home is well suited for 2 couples or a family of 6. Enjoy the living room by watching DVDs or your favorite sports on the 40' HD flat screen tv. Both bedrooms are furnished with queen size beds and a 32' HD flat screen tv for your enjoyment. The private office has it's own queen size sofa/bed. The backyard is large, private and fully fenced. Located off the kitchen is a large covered BBQ area for your convenience.

2nd time in two years i have enjoyed this house with its peaceful vibe and backyard to gaze upon from kitchen counter, with good cable tv and good a/c and heat system. A safe clean neighbood with close proximity to local and further places to go is a plus ! Parking my ford f150 pickup truck on the driveway is easy for me.
Thank you. We look forward to hosting you for the 3rd annual next year.

A FABULOUS gem in an awesome location!!!
I just can’t say enough about this lovely home and the owners… it truly was perfect in every way. The home was super clean, homey, adorable, had any & all amenities needed, very comfy beds, an absolute gorgeous backyard, plenty of parking, takes 5 minutes or LESS to get to all restaurants or stores, is located in a great neighborhood… need I say more?? 😊
Barbara and Dan (the owners) were also just as lovely… so patient, kind and accommodating. Anytime I had a question of ANY kind, Barbara always answered immediately and was always very kind and thoughtful.
I plan to go back to Paso in the Fall and this will be my “new home” any & every time I visit that area. I was pretty busy being a “Mother of the Bride” on this visit and can’t wait to go back to just hang out and relax in this adorable house and backyard the ENTIRE time.
Thank you Barbara & Dan for everything…. it couldn’t have been more perfect. 😊
Thank you! Next time let’s Get together and share a bottle of wine.
The Vintage on the Vine was close to town and wineries. It was clean and cozy. It was nice relaxing in the backyard after a day of wine tasting. We did have a couple of issues but, Barbara took care of them. Can't wait to go back.
Feels like home!
This was our second stay at Vintage on Vine. We travel to Paso Robles every summer and were excited that this home was available again. The house is darling and the moment you enter it feels like home. Everything you need is provided - even a large bottled water dispenser is in the kitchen which I think is absolutely wonderful! We especially like sitting out back on the patio for morning coffee and evening cocktails. Thank you Barbara for your hospitality. We will see you again next year! :)
So convenient to Paso life - stay here - look no further!
The proximity to the city center is walking distance - so much to do in the city. Although it's a quick drive to Cambria, San Simeone and other interesting areas.
This 2 bedroom home is well appointed and comfortable. Would definitely stay here the next time we're in Paso.
Great place to stay in wine country
We really enjoyed the backyard green space and patio, very nice place to stay. I would definitely come back!
