Relaxing, comfortable and close to swimming!

Great condo with all the amenities. Cool breezes off the lanai coupled with comfortable furniture, a murphy bed and that FABULOUS orange wall made for a delightful month's stay. Location, next to Lava Java and an easy stroll to the swim channel, couldn't be better. Wi-fi and plenty of good books to read (more since I left a dozen or so) rounded out one of the best vacations of my life. Mahalo!

Well equipped in the heart of the action

Kona's Delight is ideally located in the heart of Kailua Kona. You step straight out of the building into Ali'i drive with a wide choice of restaurants, cafes and bars and with the surf crashing on the other side of the road. It is only a few minutes walk to the marina from where the boat trips leave. Access is easy and the condo has a designated undercover car park. The condominium is well equipped and comfortable. there is lots of room except for the en suite bathroom which is a bit snug. The lanai gets the evening sun almost until sunset. Overall the condo was ideal for two of us.

Great location!

We really enjoyed our stay at Kona's Delight. The complex is located right across from the beach and is close to many restaurants, shopping and tourist activities. The condo was very clean upon arrival and the owner was very responsive when I needed contacted her. Only unfortunate thing is that the bedroom window faces out to the parking lot which faces the backside of a restaurant. When the restaurant's kitchen door is open you can clearly hear dishes clanking during the night. My husband slept right through it all, so if heavy sleeper shouldn't be a problem. Small price to pay to be located close to so many restaurants. Overall our stay was great and would consider staying here again in the future!

Perfect location to watch Ironman!

We rented this unit October 5-15, 2016 and it was absolutely fantastic. The reason for our trip was to watch friends compete in the Ironman World Championships. This is a perfect place to watch as you can see the runners go by twice. Plus it's just a short walk to the bike course and swim start. It's very centrally located and easy to walk everywhere.

The owner was very helpful through the booking process and was very quick with the return of the damage deposit. The unit itself was spotless when we arrived. It is very well stocked with anything you will need. While it only has a small view of the ocean, it has a wonderful view of the pool. Our friends liked this unit so much that they booked it for next year!

When we come back we will most definitely book this unit again.

Great condo

We spent a week in Kona's Delight condo and were very satisfied with our stay. The apartment was equipped with everything we needed and was well maintained. The location was central and was in walking distance to many restaurants. We had a wonderful stay and would not hesitate to book this condo again. The owners were very prompt in answering any questions. Mahalo

We are a family of three (Imke, Udo and our daughter of 13: Sanne) who reside in Alaska. Hawaii is our favorite and after 15 years of traveling back and forth to warm up during our long winter, it was time to find our own piece of the Hawaiian tropics. In December 2012 we became owners of Kona Alii, #508.
