A luxury century home (renovated 2012), is located on the site of an old mill in South Stukely, halfway between Granby and Magog in the heart of everything!
This domain has its own private pond and a stream with a waterfall. You will find a natural pool for swimming, where children can play in the water safely. Walking paths, rest areas and a fire pit... Really ideal for holidays with family or friends.
There is a very large living room open to the kitchen and dining room with a wood burning fireplace for winter evenings.
This reservation has a Firm cancellation policy - refunds will be issued up to 60 days prior to the check in date.
A 100% refund is provided for travellers cancelling at least 60 days before check-in. A 50% refund is provided for travellers cancelling from 30 to 59 days before check-in. No refunds are provided for travellers cancelling less than 30 days prior to check-in. CanadaStays Booking Fees are non-refundable.
Our house rules: primary renter must be 25 or older, no smoking, no parties or events, no pets.
Arrivals are from 17:00 hours. Departure at 11:00 o'clock.
The minimum age to make a reservation is 25 years old.
The tenant agrees not to smoke inside the cottage. A $ 500 fee may apply.
Animals are forbidden inside and outside the cottages. A $ 250 fee may apply.
The Tenant agrees not to make fireworks. A $ 500 fee may apply.
The tenant is responsible for the maintenance of the hot tub during his stay and it is his obligation to make sure to return it in the same condition as on his arrival. He must make sure that the hot tub works well at all times. If there is a problem, the tenant must immediately notify The Manager. A $ 500 fee may apply.
During your stay, garbage should be sorted (recycling = blue, garbage = green or black, compost = brown) and dropped off in the right bin, as indicated in your instructions document. A $ 100 fee may apply.
There should be no garbage in the cottage when you leave including items in the refrigerator or empty bottles. A $ 25 fee may apply.
The BBQ must be left clean. A $ 25 fee may apply.
The dishes must be left clean at the end of the stay. A $ 25 fee may apply.
Long distance charges + $ 10 administration fee will be charged upon receipt of our account. Calls made at the front desk will not be charged.
The cleaning after the stay is included in the rent, but the tenant must put back the place in the same state it was found at his arrival and make sure to put the interior and exterior furniture in the same places.
The number of authorized persons indicated can not be exceeded at any time.
It is strictly forbidden to make receptions that would result in the number of authorized persons being exceeded.
The number of authorized parking is 10, and can not be exceeded in any time.
Tents, tent trailers, caravans, RVs, snowmobiles, ATVs are forbidden on the ground of the chalet and in the neighboring streets.
The Tenant agrees, to respect reasonable rules of conduct and not to disturb neighbors and residents of the area, and to stick to a reasonable noise level at all times, but especially between 10pm and 7am. For this purpose, the tenant agrees not to use the hot tub between 10 pm and 7 am.
Any violation of these conditions will result in an additional charge of $ 250, which will be automatically charged to the credit card given at the time of booking, for any inconvenience. And a recurrence will result in another $ 250 surcharge and eviction of all occupants, without any compensation or refund.
The Manager will not give any refund or credit note to the Renter for early departures or late arrivals.
The Manager will not grant any refund or credit note to the Tenant for problems due to weather hazards or the deterioration of the quality of any body of water in the vicinity of the residence, as well as any interruption of electricity, running water and / or gas supply services during the stay.
The Manager and / or the owner reserves the right to inspect the premises without notice and to have the necessary urgent work done.
The parties choose as the only competent court the courts sitting in Sherbrooke, in the judicial district of Saint-François to dispose of all demands, claims and / or disputes related to this agreement and all related matters, the parties excluding specifically the jurisdiction of any other authority, jurisdiction or court of another district. In this regard the parties elect domicile in the judicial district of Saint-François.
