About the Property
Townhome comfortably sleeps 6, approx. 1,450sf
The main level has the galley style kitchen with breakfast bar for two and table for six-eight. There is an entry closet and a wall mount to place skis/poles. The living room features a fireplace, floor to ceiling windows and sliding glass door leading to a deck with views of Vail Mountain. Living room is furnished with a TV, a sofa with hide-a-bed, two sofas and leather lounge chair.
The Master bedroom is its own private retreat located on the third/top floor level with a king-size bed, TV and separate bath.
Lower level or first floor has a washer and dryer, two full bedrooms and one bath. The first bedroom sleeps two with twin beds. It also has a private, outdoor entry. The second bedroom has a full-size bed and private vanity sink.

Car: Not Necessary
Take exit 176 off I-70, go right at the round-about and continue on the frontage road to Lions Ridge Loop. Turn right on Lions Ridge Loop, then another right onto Vail View Dr. Telemark will be on your right, 1090 Vail View Dr. #7. Look for the little wolf with a scarf door marker - #7. Two parking places are reserved just to the right of the stairs that lead down to the front door.

About the owner: Our family has been enjoying Vail for years. It is by far our favorite Colorado ski resort. The gorgeous town and active occupants make Vail a popular vacation destination. There is always something fun to do - regardless of time of year.
Why the Owner Chose Vail, CO, USA:
World-class ski mountain out the front door, a range of other outdoor adventures, and an energetic night life - Vail is the place to be when winter's in full swing! We stayed in the town home last New Years Eve, and it was perfect. Walked into town for some mud slides, (guaranteeing a safe return home), come home, enjoy some champagne with friends, and watch the spectacular fire works show from the deck! We've also done really fun Father's Day weekends there, where we'll have a few families stay with us. We all sat pool-side by day, then would hit the kitchen to prepare meals fit for kings!
