Why Eric Fletcher chose North Nashville
Great location near downtown urban area of town. One of the upcoming areas of town amongst Nashville's rapid growing populated areas of town.

Not quite what we expected but worked
For the most part, this is a clean, older property. I would suggest cleaning and storing patio furniture cushions, as they were soiled. Grass also should be cut before guests arrive. Also suggest removing can goods and spices in pantry (old).
Owner was quick to respond to request for toaster: thank you. I’m sure it would meet the needs of many; just a bit un-maintained for my liking.
Very nice home for a stay
I was in Nashville attending a business conference. While the place is a hike from downtown and stores, it was very manageable through Uber. I unfortunately was swamped so I could not be communicative with the owner. The owner, however, was highly communicative with me, sending me everything I needed on a timely basis including the key code information for the door lock to enter the premisis.
The home was comfortable, clean, and had everything I needed. This is a great out of the way place to stay.
Great place to stay
House is great, exactly as described. Owner is responsive and helpful. Lots of great local tips.
Clean and comfortable
House was perfect and charming. Everything was clean and ready to go. Bed was very comfortable. It’s an older house but overall a wonderful stay and Eric was very communicative, helpful, friendly and easy to deal with
First Nashville visit
I was sceptical of the area upon arrival as it looked rather run down. It turned out to be a very quite neighbohood for our entire week stay... no sirens, no traffic, no issues really. It’s location is not to bad actually... it’s a 10 dollar Uber ride to the down town core and finding rides is never an issue. We did have a few Uber drivers warn us not to go for a drunken midnight walk in this area as they believed it would not be safe. Like I said we had zero issues. Due to the location if you are planning to do activities away from the downtown core I would defiantly recommend renting a cheap car.
Now on to the property. This property will meet most couples needs with ease. It is defiantly an older property, if you are expecting the Hilton this is not for you... but for the price it was worth it. Everything worked as advertised... washer, dryer, a/c etc. My only real compliant was the bed. In my opinion this bed needs to be replaced ASAP. It is a very old design (no box spring) and is hard as a rock. My wife and I both found it very uncomfortable. We had zero issues at all with the property owner and all of our messages and questions were answered promptly.
Clean and cozy
My boyfriend and I stayed here over a weekend for a concert and to do a little sightseeing. The house is located in an up and coming neighborhood that is surprisingly quiet. It’s just a few miles drive from fantastic restaurants and fun stuff to do. The house was clean and had a very homely vibe. We didn’t do any cooking at the house, but there’s a full kitchen that is furnished with anything you’ll need to cook with (we preferred to eat out at some of the phenomenal restaurants in Nashville instead, but it was nice to have the option). The owner of the house was super friendly, hospitable, and readily available to answer any questions we had. He also gave several recommendations for places to eat and explore, which we really appreciated. The price for our stay was very reasonable and fair, especiallly considering all the events happening over the weekend. Overall, I would highly recommend staying here. We will definitely be back!!
