With 3 bedrooms and 2 ½ baths, this colorful 1500 square foot 2-story home is just minutes from Historic Downtown Flagstaff and a perfect base for all the wonderful activities in the area including:

Grand Canyon South Rim, Grand Canyon Railroad, The SnowBowl for winter and summer activities, hiking and biking trails, Native American ruin sites, Rock climbing Wall, Native American Museum, frequent art festivals, breweries, local musicians and artisans. Also within driving distance; Sedona, Hopi Mesas, Canyon de Chelly (Navaho), Sunset Crater, Antelope Slot Canyon and much much more!

A lovely fireplace awaits you after a day of activities! Cozy up with a great book, watch a movie or play games with your family.

This home has comfortable Queen sized beds in 2 rooms, plus a bunk bed set up in the 3rd with an upper twin and lower full size. With all these options and 2 full size bathrooms upstairs (master bath and another), it will comfortably sleep 7 people easily. (powder room downstairs) There is also a full size washer and dryer upstairs as well – so no carting laundry up and down the stairs !

For your in-house entertainment there is a 43” HDTV in the living room with DVD player, 32” in the Master bedroom and a 24” in the 2nd bedroom upstairs. Wireless high-speed internet is included for your laptop or notebook device.

The Continental Country Club Golf course and Flagstaff Athletic Club is nearby.

Also we are a 'shoes off house'. Please bring some slippers if you're coming in the winter months.

Perfect location, nice home

Very nice home, Thank you. It was comfortable for my family of 5. Everything pretty much worked just fine except the WIFI is spotty downstairs in some areas. It wasn't a problem though because we were not there to surf the web. As someone previously commented, the TV downstairs is somewhat complicated to use but I appreciated that the owners left simple directions. I could not get the powered speaker to work so I gave up and we just used the sound from the TV. The fireplace was enjoyed much each night as it was really cold when we were there. The home was clean and as described. The only thing that caught me off-guard was that we could not use the garage and we had to park outside in the driveway. I guess that I did not see this in the VRBO post (just looked again) and it should be marked there somewhere (maybe in the write-up about the home?) as I was renting a townhome and I was expecting to park inside of the garage. For us this caused extra work to unload the car each evening (to keep the honest people honest...). Overall, the home was very good and the location is perfect. Minutes from downtown and <5 minutes walking distance to a coffee shop and the new Oregano's restaurant along with a gas station too in that general area. The neighborhood is quiet and clean, we felt very safe there. It's about 1/2 mile from I-40 and a little further to the east/west train tracks but we heard nothing - super quiet all night. We would use this home again for our base upon returning to visit Flagstaff.

Roomy and Convenient

Great location, short drive to pretty much every convenience from grocery store to movie theatre to bowling alley and downtown. Very clean, comfortable beds and the kitchen is well stocked for food preparation. It was nice also being able to do our own laundry. The only downside is the tv is very complicated and we could not get it or the DVD player to work, the wifi is weak and spotty, and the selection of DVDs/books/games is not worth even mentioning on the website. Good thing we were in good company, brought our own deck of cards, and aren't big Thanksgiving football game viewers, or these factors could've broken it for us. Overall pleasant stay.

keep aware

I stayed there for 4 weeks in march/april, and I have been waiting since them to write a review in order to be lucid while writing this.

The stay was good, the house is great

The problem has been that we haven't been able to prove that the damage that the owner was accusing us of doing hadn't any proof to have been done.

We treated the house like ours and then we have been reported that we had damaged this ancient table.

Then we thought that maybe damage had occurred and we know that we would have been responsible for that but since we were almost sure that the damage wasn't ours we asked if some friends of us still in Flagstaff could see this table that we almost didn't even notice being in one of the bedroom.

The owner proceeded in ignoring us and in not giving 1$ of the deposit even if the damage was less, then asked for our data to give back the transfer and we thought that he was giving everything since he had ignored our request of checking this table.

We received only a small part of the deposit and another time our new request to have our friends check with the table was ignored.

So what can I say: the house is great but be aware of everything and take pictures of everything in order to prove that they won't come out with some sort of damage you hadn't done without giving any way to check about that.

I am not saying that it is impossible that we have made any damage, maybe it can but since we were sure of not doing any damage why don't giving us the possibility ti check? We would have given all the deposit without any problem if the damage was real and serious!

We thought about proceeding legally in any ways but since dealing with them has been so a bad experience we decided to let it go away, that money won't do any difference in our lives but it will make a great difference in my confidence of owners' integrities for the next houses that I'l rent so that I'll feel obliged to take pictures of everything before leaving.

A great place to stay in Flagstaff

Our family of four spent five nights in the townhouse and it was a perfect home-base for our vacation. The property was super clean and offered all of the comforts of home. We had plenty of room to spread out and both teenagers had thier own bedrooms. The beds were comfortable. Each bedroom had tons of closet space, blankets and pillows. It was also great having two full bathrooms upstairs. We ended most days playing cards at the kitchen table or hanging out on the couch watching movies. We were able to travel to Sedona, Jerome, Petrified Forest National Park, and Grand Canyon on subsequent days and never spent more than 90 minutes in the car. We really loved being in Flagstaff in the winter. And being away from the crowds in Sedona was fantastic. The snow was beautiful. Some of our favorite spots were the walk/hike at nearby Walnut Canyon, Wupatki and Sunset Crater and the drive to Sedona on 89A. Restaurant recommendations - do not miss Martann's for both breakfast and dinner. Diablo Burger was great, too. We got breakfast pastries from the little bakery downtown - can't remember the name but everything was scrumptious. Great local food!

This townhouse was our rescue after having a horrible experience at a hotel in Flagstaff. The owners were a pleasure to work with, the property was very clean and well maintained, and it was close to all the parks/activities we had on our list. I used the kitchen quite a bit and it had everything I needed to cook for our family of 6. We took day trips to: Petrified Forest/Painted Desert and Meteor Crater; Sunset Crater Volcano and Wupatki Ruins; and Montezuma's Castle, Sedona and Slide Rock State Park. We also loved NiMarco's pizza while we were in Flagstaff. Just can't say enough good about this fabulous gem of a place. Great location, great value, great owners. Highly recommend!

Highly Recommend!

This townhouse was very clean and comfortable. It felt more like a home than a rental. It was the perfect size for our group (4 adults, 3 children). The entire house was well stocked with linens, kitchen supplies, etc. It made the perfect home base for our day trips to the Grand Canyon, Bearizona, Walnut Canyon, and Sedona.

  • 50% refund if canceled at least 14 days before arrival date.
  • 100% refund if canceled at least 30 days before arrival date.
  • Service Fee fully refunded on cancellations that qualify for 100% refund.
