Beautiful, fully furnished two bedroom flat located in one of San Francisco's most popular neighborhoods. The building is a turn of the century, fully restored Victorian. The flat is huge, clean and contemporary with many modern amenities. It is approximately 1500 square feet and is totally private, including its own private entrance. Secure, locked, garage parking located just around the corner from the apartment is included in the price.

The full kitchen has a new dishwasher, oven, toaster, microwave, refrigerator and a private laundry area. There's one full bathroom with tub and shower and a second half bathroom. There's also plenty of heat and endless hot water.

The space can easily accommodate up to five people with two incredibly comfortable Cal King beds and a twin size sofa bed in the separate parlor. Both bedrooms have large closets that make it easy to store suit cases and hang clothes.

There is a 42' flat screen, hi-def television for watching Netflix and high speed WiFi internet access.

Just half a block from Dolores park, the location provides easy access to the Castro, Noe Valley and the historic Mission District. It's also just two doors from the from the legendary 'Maison Blue' from Maxime Le Forester's classic song 'San Francisco.'

Situated on the trendy Valencia Corridor, it's just steps to some of San Francisco's finest restaurants, cafes and bars. Some of these include the Samovar Tea lounge, Urban Bread, Dolores Park Cafe, The Bi-Rite Market/Creamery and more. Having Muni just outside door, with easy access to all major lines, makes getting anywhere in the city a breeze.

An awesome California break.

This rental is everything it says it is ! Our family of 4 (2 teens) enjoyed very much this clean, cozy and well decorated flat, located in a great neighborhood. Public transportation and restaurants are at walking distances.. You will also greatly appreciate the garage nearby if you have a car !

The owner, Tim, is friendly, thougthful and a "text away" from any question.

We've had a wonderful stay and will definitely recommend this property to anyone who'd want to spend time in San Francisco.

Thanks again Tim for making us feel welcome in your nest.
