Thanks for choosing #2106 at Seascape, The Polk Folks
Grew up in Houston; spent many weekends on East Beach w/a fishing family. Licensed real estate broker for 40+ years and real estate company owner for thirty+ years. Love the beach and love Seascape-just wish I lived closer but you get to enjoy it more. Everyone that comes doesn't want to leave and cannot wait to come back. Guests say, 'what we brought you already have' so only bring what you wear, beach towels, sunscreen, toiletries, edibles.

Had looked for years for a small property right on the beach w/a nice pool, view of the Gulf w/a quiet, secure family atmosphere close in enough that most used facilities were available to even walk to if needed. Everything (see the pictures) but a bike furnished.
Close in, quiet & secure, attractive yet reasonable. And most convenient of all - you don't have to cross a dangerous street to get to the beach. Pool is heated in the winter and there are 2 hot tubs-one for adults, one for age 8-up. Guards on site at night and weekends.
If you are lucky enough to be at the beach, you are lucky enough.
This place was exactly what I wanted for my vacation. Here's what you need to know about this place:
It has direct beach access, with no crossing the street to get to the beach (Not all places in Galveston have that)
There is a lifeguard station on the beach
It has a rather sizable balcony overlooking the pool. Which is great for just unwinding after the day.
It has almost everything you'd need to go to the beach, chairs, coolers, umberallas, coolers, toys. Just need to bring your own suits and towels.
The kitchen is impressively stocked. With stylish counter tops and appliances.
The bunk beds have reading lights and outlets.
Condiments and coffee creamer are provided.
The owner is always happy to answer any questions regarding the rental.
The building is a bit down the road from the downtown areas. So it's perfect if you just want to spend your time at the beach.
Overall the condo has a lot of charm, and I'd definitely recommend it.
We absolutely enjoyed our stay in Galveston! The condo stay made our stay super simple! She had everything u could think of that we needed! Only thing we had to get was groceries and our clothes!!! She even had flip flops! We most definitely will be coming back to her condo!!!!
This place was exactly what we were looking for. Toys for the kids, a fully stocked kitchen, and easy access to the pool, beach, and hot tub! The condo itself is somewhat small, but the balcony is actually rather large, and I spent each morning listening to the waves, the breeze, and the numerous tropical birds that were swooping in and around the palm trees during our stay in March. Barbara was very helpful and available throughout. If we are to return to Galveston again, we'd definitely come right back here.

Great location right on the beach! It's small, but furnished with everything you'd need for your stay. My kids loved the pool area!
Almost overstocked kitchen with nearly everything imaginable. Well appointed, but smallish one bedroom condo. Can't beat the location for walking to a nice beach without getting in your car or crossing a busy street. Lots of beach toys & sun umbrellas to choose from. Parking $10/day extra. Owner is available by phone & extra helpful!
I took my grandkids for a little get away and this was a beautiful place, perfect location. The unit we stayed in was perfect for us. The owner had everything you could possibly need; beach chairs and toys, picnic basket, coolers, pool toys. The owner was very accommodating. We will definitely be staying here again in the future.
Off the beaten path for solitude yet close in for shopping, personal services, antiquing, historical tours, fishing piers, surf fishing, restaurants-casual & cuisine.
