Clean, beautiful and convenient

3 of us stayed (me, my husband, and our friend). Rooms were well equipped with enough blankets and pillows. The bathrooms were perfectly cleaned and he fireplace was great! The kitchen has everything you need, just bring food! We loved using the hot tubs after skiing. Overall we had a wonderful time and loved the location!

Awesome

Thank you so much for the wonderful, clean accommodations at your lakeside condo! The beauty of the mountains outside the windows matched the well-maintained style of the interior--all very lovely. Our foursome spent spring break skiing, but wanted to stay overlooking the water. We had great access to the local towns and enjoyed the Dam Brewery as well! We loved the warmth of our stay--the hot tub was and added bonus! Carl--you are so helpful! Thank you for the attention you give to both the condo and your guests. It was much appreciated. We would love to return to the same place again, and highly recommend it!

Great Location

We recently spent Christmas and New Years here and couldn't have asked for a better location. Very central to many ski resorts as well as grocery stores, movie theaters, restaurants and even a bowling alley for the kids. Everything was in great condition and the owners were very responsive if we had any questions. My favorite part was the view of the mountains and lake every morning.

A Great Retreat

My husband and I have visited Summit County annually for many, many years. This condo is our favorite by far for a summer stay. We are an active couple in our 60's and found the bike paths and in particular, the ride down from Vail Pass, to be absolutely delightful.

There are several good restaurants in the area with short drives to Keystone and Breckenridge for more dining possibilities well within reach. The interior of the condo is tastefully decorated, and we enjoyed several nights in, fixing dinner in the well furnished kitchen. Both bedrooms are comfortable, with TV's in each of them. A king size bed in the master would be a nice addition.

Over many years of skiing in the winter and enjoying the cool weather in the summer, we have only rebooked a condo a time or two for future vacations. This one deserves a repeat stay! Finally, the owner was extremely accommodating, and made the rental process as well as our stay very pleasant.

Wonderful Location and Great Home

After climbing three flights of stairs, even though there is an elevator available, we were pleasantly surprised by the wonderful interior of this condo. It was very comfortable and the views of Lake Dillon and the mountains from the balcony were great. I enjoyed my morning coffee on the balcony. The kitchen was well appointed with everything you need to make great meals. You can also enjoy great meals at local restaurants many of which are within walking distance. The bedrooms are comfortable with great closets, dressers and televisions. The living room was comfortable and just the right size for us. We felt that the condo was much nicer than the photos showed. The owner was helpful when we had a water problem and had it taken care of the very same day. We enjoyed walking on the bike/walking trails, the free concerts, and country western dancing lessons. The free bus to nearby towns was an added bonus. The Farmer’s Market every Friday was a great place to find fresh fruit and vegetables and meet the locals. We would definitely recommend this condo to our friends. We hope to be back next summer to enjoy this wonderful space again.

Spring Break Paradise

I was so impressed with this property! My 12 year old daughter and I wanted a nice place where we could relax after long days of skiing. With amazing views and the wonderful décor, as well as the fireplace...it was the perfect haven we were searching for. It was nice having the charming town square of Dillon just steps out the door, and we also appreciated having the club house amenities so close to the unit. Dealing with the owner was a pleasure and we were guided through the process quite seamlessly. We would definitely stay at this property again!!
