About Vacasa, CO - Vail/Beaver Creek Office
Thanks for considering a Vacasa home! We provide full-service management for privately owned vacation homes, and like to think that we offer our guests the best of both worlds: the unique experience of staying in a one-of-a-kind vacation home, with the peace of mind that comes from knowing that the home you book for your special vacation is cared for by professional housekeepers and property managers.

Vacasa began in 2009, simply because our founder and CEO Eric wanted to find a better way to share his wife’s family’s summer home in Long Beach, Washington with guests as a vacation rental. Eric and his early team worked to build Vacasa on the premise that local employees can do what they love most (taking care of guests, homeowners, and properties), while the hands-off tasks of vacation rental management—things like marketing, filing taxes, and maintaining a website—could be handled by a specialized central support team.

Our passion is connecting travelers with the unique experience of staying in a vacation home, and we would be honored to be your host. Please contact us with any questions about this home—our team is standing by!

Nicely updated property, but they forgot the beds
Nice, clean contemporary unit. It's been tastefully updated. Kitchen is very functional and outfitted with good quality pots, pans and matching china/silverware. Comfortable newer furniture, and great light coming into the main floor living areas. On the downside, the mattresses in the two bedrooms, master and bunkroom are broken down and should have been replaced years ago. They are miserable, sagging messes. The owners clearly spent some time and money remodeling, but if you're going to rent out your place, please have decent beds. Same with the one TV connected to cable in the living room, the picture was badly distorted and despite my efforts, i was unable to adjust. It was an annoyance trying to watch the Masters. No TV's connected to cable in either bedroom to watch before going to bed. My two star rating is because of the beds. Great place, lousy beds. There is no excuse
The space itself was great and very comfortable for 7 of us. However, the wifi did not work which made it frustrating for those in our group who needed to do work. Also, the wood burning fireplace had no wood available. We couldn't get the TVs in the bedrooms to work.
Could not warm it up for the first few days due to mulfunctioning base boards, courtains not working, hanging on just few clips. Terrible customer service, no response for few days -3 to be exact. Steve called the next day after check in only to tell me that he would not be able to fix anything. If we had an emergency it would probably be the same.
I truly enjoyed my stay this property. It was extremely clean. The kitchen was fully stocked with cookware, dinnerware and appliances. Bathrooms were updated, linens were clean and of high quality. Location was good. Although there is no bus stop close by, it is a short car ride to Avon and Beaver Creek. The complex was very quiet which I appreciated. I would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend it.
