Centrally located in downtown Asheville; bright, beautiful 2 bedroom (1 king, 1 queen), 2 bath (both en-suite) loft, plus queen sleeper, elevator building, view of the park and Downtown Asheville, offers 1 parking space. Special low Monday-Wednesday rate! Cannot be combined with weekend stay.

Exposed brick walls and ductwork, granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, washer/dryer, and hard wood floors throughout. Decorated and outfitted with the comfort of our guests in mind. Located on the 3rd floor of the historic S&W Building, right in the heart of Downtown Asheville.

Enjoy Asheville's great restaurants, galleries, day spas, shopping, and eclectic atmosphere. You are just minutes from some of the best mountain, or leisure, biking around, white water rafting, rock climbing, hiking, canoeing, golf, or take a ride on America's favorite scenic byway, the Blue Ridge Parkway.

If you have more then 1 car in your party, parking is available in several Municipal Parking Garages (Rankin and Civic Center) located within a 1- 2 block walk of the S&W building, at guest's expense. The first hour of parking is free, $1.00 per hour for each hour or fraction thereof, daily maximum parking $10. On street metered parking is FREE Saturday 6PM-Monday 8AM, and all city holidays; New Year's Day, Martin Luther King, Jr. Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Friday after Thanksgiving, and Christmas (3 days). Special event single occurrence: $7; Multi-day event: $5.

Fantastic space with a wonderful view of the park. Excellent location downtown, we did not drive at all the whole weekend!! The kitchen was very well equipped, comfy beds, and beautiful decor.

Great loft with perfect location

We recently rented this loft for a couples weekend in March and had a great stay. The loft is very nice and has everything you need. You could not ask for a better location! We parked the car when we got there and didn't move it until we left. We will definitely be back.

Terrific location; trendy and comfortable loft

We enjoyed a ladies weekend in Asheville at the Colby Loft. The loft was spotless and nicely appointed. We truly felt at home. Once could not ask for a better location- walkable to absolutely everything DT Asheville is loved for. Highly recommend!

Great loft in the middle of everything

We took the kids for Christmas this year. It was myself, husband and 4 kids (ages 7-1). We had a great time. The loft was very clean, stocked very well. I especially appreciated the coffee maker with the coffee pods!! They really thought of everything. We had enough room for everyone by using the pull out couch for the kids. It is a great location. We could go pick up dinner and take it back to the loft to eat, instead of braving the crowds at the restaurants with 4 little ones. The rental agency is also very helpful and accommodating. They are fantastic and we will be booking our mountain vacations with them from now on.

Great Stay!

We had a long weekend at the property, and it was fantastic! Getting things booked, receiving stay information, and the situation in general was stress free and easy to do. The location and property was wonderful. I would use this group and the property again next time!
