Very roomy and well equipped apartment in a good location

  • 4 of 5

This is a very roomy and well equipped apartment for a party of two couples. We enjoyed access to the outdoor hot tub at the club on the development which was a short walk away. Canyons, Park City and Deer Valley resorts are all within easy access and there were lots of good restaurants close by although you really needed a car to get there - the US doesn't cater well for pedestrians. Our only minor gripe with the apartment was that the BBQ wasn't working and the apartment manager couldn't get it fixed for us.

Owner's Response: Hello Alan, We are happy that you enjoyed your visit to Park City. Our BBQ does have a propane tank, but we have found that with our extreme weather conditions the BBQ may not function properly. There is a short 2-minute walk to the free shuttle system which runs throughout the Park City area. During the summer months, one can easily take a 10-minute walk to Redstone but, I agree having a car is the ideal situation. We have reasonable nightly rates that make it easy on the budget for a ski vacation. If you are looking for a condo closer to the ski area, then, the rates will more than double.

The house was great. We loved the mountain feel, but it was very modern with a lot of nice upgrade.

Close proximity to Canyons and Public shuttle made this location a great value.

Great summer vacation!

  • 5 of 5

Park City in the summer is a well-kept secret. We have come to ski but now we return in the summers for hiking, biking, walking, and escaping the humidity of summers at home. This was our third time in this condo and it has been perfect for us -- a family of 3. Our teenaged daughter is happy with her big comfortable bed and her own bath. We sleep so well in our extremely comfortable bed with windows open to the fresh night air. Kitchen is well-equipped for cooking and grill is on the deck for easy, lazy summer meals. Of course PC restaurants are a fun option and not as crowded as during the ski season. We love the deck which faces out to aspens and nice landscaping, very private. Owner is lovely and helpful. The condo is in perfect shape with many high-end touches. We rent a car but the condo is on the bus route, a short trip to town and to grocery stores. Complex has a nice pool. And the hike/bike path is adjacent, and we used it every evening for a nice walk to see the sunset, the moon rise, and just to feel the cool of the evening. This location is a bit outside of town, which we prefer (less busy, and easy access to I-80 to get to hiking trails) but very easy to get into town when you want.

Nice property in the Park City area

  • 4 of 5

Very clean and well kept condo in Bear Hollow. Beds were comfortable and kitchen is fully stocked to prepare meals. Its not really walking distance(in my book to the grocery stores. Technically you could walk there, but technically you could walk to Canada too. Especially in the cold! However, having uber in the area makes everything convenient. Would recommend for two couples looking for a affordable place to stay while skiing Park City. Thanks!

Owner's Response: Our condo is really a nice affordable place to stay in Park City. We have a recreation center with a pool (summer), small gym, walking trails, and quick 5 minute walk to the shuttle. If you are fit and ready for the challenge...we are 1.5 miles to the nearest grocery store, retail, and movie theatre. The paved and groomed walking trail will take you to Redstone Village...1.5 miles.
