Great getaway to spend time with my son!
Went to Coral Gables to spend time with my son who goes to University of Miami. Great location. Very comfortable home. Had everything we needed. Would definitely stay there again.

HOUSE RULES. ALL GUESTS MUST AGREE ON THE FOLLOWING GUEST RULES BEFORE BOOKING. PARTIES ARE NOT ALLOWED. 1. SMOKING AND PETS. This is a NON SMOKING. Smoking is only permitted in the outdoor spaces. PETS are not allowed, unless you pay extra fee and non-refundable pet fee. 2. DAMAGE DEPOSIT - A mandatory deposit of $400 will be held by Homeaway. The deposit automatically converts to damage deposit upon arrival. The depot is fully refundable provided the following provisions are met. No damage is done to unit or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear. • All debris, rubbish and discards are placed in dumpster. • Any article, linens, objects, books, or anything from the house are lost or damaged. • All keys are returned. 3. CONDITION OF THE PREMISES Guests agree to: (i) Properly use, operate and safeguard the unit and all furniture and furnishings, appliances and fixtures within the premises (ii) Maintain the premises in clean and sanitary condition, and upon termination of the occupancy, to surrender the premises to owner in the same condition as when Tenants first took occupancy, except for ordinary wear and tear, (iii) Maintain the surrounding grounds, plants, and terraces in a clean and safe manner, (iv) Water and sewer - No flashing of anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at anytime. (V) Guests can enjoy shared outdoor deck and yards. 4. CANCELLATIONS – Please check Homeway listing for cancelation policy. 5. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY – The maximum number of guests is limited to (6) person. 6. NO DAILY HOUSEKEEPING SERVICE – Linens and bath towels are included in the unit to be changed on a weekly basis. A mandatory cleaning fee of $100 is required. 7. HOUSE RULES OF BUILDING & QUIET ENJOYMENT – Guests shall not use the premises in such a way as to violate any law or ordinance, commit waste or nuisance, or annoy, disturb, inconvenience, or interfere with the quiet enjoyment of other people.
