About Stacy C.
My family and I live in Austin, Texas. Lexington has become our second home this year. We're still learning about the city and area, but we really love it here and visit as often as we can!
Stacy C. purchased this House in 2017
Why Stacy C. chose Lexington
Our oldest son Simon is severely autistic. We were fortunate to learn about the Stewart Home School for persons with intellectual disabilities, which is located in Frankfort. Simon has been there since October 2016, and the place is incredible. We wanted to be able to visit Simon often and provide a consistent environment for him when we visit. It seemed like the right decision to buy a second home nearby. Since then we have grown to love Lexington, which is a welcome respite from the bustle and crowds--and summer heat--of Austin.
What makes this House unique
Our house is in a quiet and very friendly neighborhood. It's a charming mid-century split level and has some great period features such as the original hardwood floors and a huge picture window. The kitchen is newly remodeled and includes a dishwasher, a range with a large oven, a garbage disposal, a food processor, a crock pot, and a coffee maker among other amenities. The location is also very convenient to the airport, New Circle Rd, downtown Lexington, and the University of Kentucky. There's a Kroger one mile away on Alexandria Drive, a Walgreens just around the corner, and all the businesses on Beaumont Circle less than a mile away just outside New Circle.

Great House and Neighborhood
This house was exactly as described. Plenty of rooms, making it great for groups. Check-in was very easy and the house was in great shape.
This was our second year staying at this house while we went to the Keeneland races. It's a perfect spot, close to the track but tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. There are nice touches like fluffy towels. Highly recommend!
Great split level house! Many areas to hang out!
House has multiple places to hang out. We had 9 and it felt fine! There is a downstairs livingroom, main level living room, and bedrooms upstairs make it great for people to go into different areas of the house at the same time, making the house feel bigger! Beds are all nice and plenty of fresh linens available. Kitchen is nice and spacious and updated, and kitchen is stocked with many things... The Owner was a pleasure to speak with, very responsive and professional. The caretakers live next door and are very friendly, and offered us something if we needed it. We didn't, because the house has everything, and ended up leaving them some beer and food that we had left over. Also a nice deck off the back of the house was awesome for the fall weather. Will be booking again.
I WAS A LITTLE CONCERNED, NOT TO KNOW WHAT TO EXPECT. ONCE I GOT THERE I WAS SATISFIED IMMEDIATELY!
SATISFIED. NICE AND CLEAN.
Comfortable, great location.
Worked well for my husband and I with my daughter and 3 girls !
First trip to Lexington and this place had everything we needed. Very helpful having the property managers next door!
