About Nicholas Sica

Retired couple; spend 4 months every year in Aldea Mar.

We have 5 children, adults, and 6 grandchildren, and live in Northern Michigan. We both grew up in the Detroit Metro area and retired in the North.

We have been coming to Venice for many years, and finally chose Aldea Mar as our retirement venue because of the ambiance of the community.

Why Nicholas Sica chose Golden Beach

Aldea Mar is the most unique property as it is not a high rise, has lovely grounds with the largest and best pool on the beach. It also has a nice putting green where residents/tenants sometimes enjoy having competitive (for fun) games. Open all the time for putting. The shuffleboard courts offer a nice diversion for all ages.

We love being able to walk everywhere, groceries, bars, restaurants, live theater, biking and more.
