After booking, if there is a maintenance issue or other unforeseen issue with the property RESTORE will make every attempt to place guests into a like property, but cannot guarantee availability or rates.
RESTORE may charge a non-refundable pet fee ranging from $150-$500 per pet depending on the property. Not all properties accept pets, or certain weights and breeds.
RESTORE will not always be able to accommodate bookings for dates that show available in the calendar.
