This ultra chic one bed, one bath (shower only) duplex unit is located in historic Inman Park just a short distance from Krog Street Market, the Atlanta BeltLine, Little Five Points, Marta, parks and restaurants. The generous living room space, with views into the newly renovated kitchen, features a vintage fireplace, gorgeous original hard wood floors, and a private outdoor area. In the bedroom you'll find a serene setting with lots of natural light and a well appointed en-suite bath. This property was just what I was looking for a holiday getaway.

This property was in a picturesque neighborhood, close to a park, great restaurants, and shopping. The duplex was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and appliances.

Very successful at the price point

We were happy overall. I shared with the property manager that instructions for the thermostat and washer would have been great. They were a little touchy. I also feel that the linens need an upgrade. Towels, sheets and most definitely pillows. Did not like the pillows at all. All in all for the price point it was fine.

One additional note; a little map of the area or the owners favorite restaurants would be super helpful. Everything is very close but It would just have been nice to have some suggestions.

The train didn’t bother us at all and we can be light sleepers.

Great value, comfortable home, good location!

The property is recently updated and has everything you need for a pleasant and easy stay in the charming neighborhood of Inman Park. Plenty of street parking and an easy five minute walk to the nearest Marta station. Everything was as shown and expected per the listing and the management staff was helpful with quick communication as needed.

Solid, honest, good quality and fair in Inman Park

The whole rental was well-handled and professional. The property managers and maintenance people are quick, accurate, and friendly in providing information and help. The duplex itself has been recently renovated, and appliances and fixtures are good quality. Neighborhood is also friendly and nice, a bit out of the business districts of Inman Park but close enough that lots of restaurants and other services are within easy walking distance. Proximity to MARTA is very convenient. Be aware that the property is located a few hundred meters from an exchange point in the rail yard, so there is a certain amount of low-frequency rumble and occasional noise from the trains. (Not very much from the car/truck traffic on the adjacent large road.) I don't find this unpleasant, but potential renters would want to be aware that it is there. This is not the fanciest or highest-end rental in Atlanta, but I think for the price point they set, and the quality of the management, it deserves full credit for being fairly-presented and well run.
