Beautiful 3 bedroom 3 full bath in Keauhou's newest complex. Na Hale O Keauhou is the most sought after rental because you get resort style living right in the heart of Keauhou. H6 is located in the most private location with no pool or traffic noise from this unit. You still have ocean view from the master bedroom patio.
Our unit was just purchased in December of 2012. Since then, we have improved it a lot. We've added new flooring, beddings, small appliances, and even brand new flat screen television in each room. You will not find a cleaner unit!
At unit H6, you will enjoy the comforts of a King Bed in the master, 2 twins in the second bedroom, and a Queen bed downstairs. There is also a pack n play and folding mattress available.
Enjoy preparing dinner in our fully stocked kitchen or enjoy a nice meal in the lanai with a brand new bbq.
Location of this complex is also the best. We are a 15 minute walk from Kahaluu Beach where you have the best snorkeling on the Big Island. We are also a 10 minute walk from Keauhou Shopping center where you can find great restaurants and shopping.
My wife and I both were born and raised here on the Big Island. I have a countertops business for 25 years and my wife is a school teacher for the past 26 years. We have 3 daughters and 3 grandchildren.

We've been in the vacation rental business for the past few years and have been looking for the perfect rental in the Kona area for the past year. When Na Hale O Keauhou was shown to us, we knew this was the complex we wanted to purchase. The problem was that it was very difficult because they were never on the marker. When H6 popped up, we knew right away that this was the 'one'. We quickly jumped on it and was lucky enough to purchase it.
Location of our unit is very private. You won't have your neighbors looking directly into your master bedroom like the other units. Also it is at the end of the complex so you don't have the traffic noise which can be very noisy.
This is a really well maintained home set away from the noisy traffic. I felt I could relax here. It has everything you need; all the conveniences of home but with more beautiful surroundings. The backyard is a real bonus with it's lush vegetation. The owner responded to emails very quickly. I would stay here again!
I rented it for a week when my family was in town and they loved it. A great place that we all enjoyed with beautiful ocean views. I would definitely stay again.
We enjoyed our stay very much. The condo was well equipped and in a great location. Had a perfect vacation.
This condo was freshly updated! The owner (Nelson) was exceptionally nice, answering all of our questions, which made our vacation even more enjoyable. Nelson had the condo stocked with large bottles of shampoo and conditioner in each bathroom! The kitchen was exceptionally stocked with all kinds of cooking utensils and some spices. In the garage Nelson had all kinds of beach gear, including coolers for picnics. We will be returning to this condo as soon as possible!!
We thoroughly enjoyed the five days we stayed at this property. The condo felt like a house. With three bedrooms, each with their own bathroom, the place provided more than adequate space to fit two couples, a single male and a baby. The condo is located in a gated community. We had some difficulty initially getting the community gate to open, but just make sure to punch hard on the keypad - it'll work! The amount and variety of equipment in the kitchen was great, ranging from matching plates/glasses to mixing bowls to a cheesecake pan. There is one bedroom downstairs and two upstairs, which works out well if you're traveling with someone who can't climb stairs very well.
The condo was very clean upon our arrival. Nelson provides soap, towels, hand towels and soap/conditioner. He also provided an assortment of pool/beach equipment, including beach towels (which really came in handy), floating devices for kids, scuba gear, etc. The complex's pool is a 3 minute walk from the condo. It has both a hot tub, kiddie pool (about 3 feet deep) and adult pool. The water was warm and clean. There is also a gym, but I cannot speak to it as I did not use it.
The condo is about a 15 minute walk from one of the best snorkeling areas on Big Island - Kahaluu Beach Park. The parking lot is frequently full or near-full, so being able to access the snorkeling area via foot instead of car is very handy.
There is no cleaning fee, although the condo is cleaned - a big money saver!
You can walk to a nearby shopping area (about 10 minutes maybe) that has a big grocery store, pizza parlor, drugstore, etc.
The master's bedroom upstairs has its own balcony from which you can see the ocean.

I would highly recommend this condo to anyone staying in the Kona area.
This condo suited our needs perfectly. It is well located near the shopping mall as well as some nearby beaches. With 5 adults and a baby, we all fit comfortably in the 3 bedrooms. The patio was a real benefit, so we could eat and converse at our leisure protected from the wind and sun. The view in the back yard with flowering shrubs and plants was most enjoyable. We felt that the description of the condo and amenities were accurate and we had no complaints. Nelson was very easy to communicate with and responsive.
We are within walking distance to Kahalu'u Beach and Keauhou Shopping Center. Snorkeling, shopping, and entertainment are just a short distance away.
