Golfing, , the Phoenix Zoo, Botanical gardens, and much more are just steps away. If you make it away from the pool!. We are a 15 minute walk from the Light Rail and a bus station is just outside the gate. The Papago Park Recreation area with hiking and golf and trails are across the street. About Kyler/Paul

A father and son team. We love to travel, we love to be outdoors.

We have owned these units for three years and our response has been great. We also have a second and third Red Rox unit , a two bedroom one bath unit and a two bedroom two bath unit also listed on See 345808.

Why Kyler/Paul chose Camelback East Village

Phoenix is a great vacation destination. It has hiking, golfing, shopping, and all sorts of sporting events to watch. You can hike, bike, check out ASU, downtown Tempe, or ride the light rail all the way to Mesa or Glendale or downtown where the Diamondbacks play. What you will find unique here is that its close to the Papago Park area but also close to the 202 so you can get around when you need to without fighting traffic in town. The combination will grow on you after you have experienced Phoenix.

What makes this condo unique

Easy access to highways, hiking, and cool downtown areas. This property has location location location. We think the quality compares to a three or four star hotel or resort and you are paying the same as a decent hotel. What you will learn is that for every meal or drink you have at home, or at the pool, you save a huge amount of dollars. Everyone eats out once a day but its those two other meals and drinks at retail establishments that run up the cost of a vacation. A kitchen saves all that. The two pools and the common areas and clubhouse are resort quality. Its a gated community.

We really enjoyed our stay at the condo on Van Buren St in Phoenix. It is in a very convenient area close to all the areas we wanted to go to. Anyone would enjoy staying there.

This gated condo development is just northwest of the Lake Tempe, close to the light rail, close to the Zoo, the A's spring training stadium, the Botanical Gardens, across the street from Papago Park and its LPGA site golf course and miles of hiking and natural walking trails. Easy to get to Scottsdale, ASU, via the 202 or the airport, this location is close to it all. Yet it seems a world away when you are sitting near the pool, with the fountains and palms swirling in the warm air around you. NEW CARPET ON APRIL 25, 2014

Excellent experience (once again)

I am from Spain and have returned to Red Rox again in April 2017 for a month long stay and have rented from Paul each of the last two seasons. As a non citizen, there is always a bit of hesitancy in renting abroad and what one might expect and then actually get. I had the help of a Phoenix friend my first year, but felt comfortable renting on my own in 2017, because of the excellent experience I had with the unit and with Paul. Paul is available to help if I need it and explains things that I needed a little help with…It really went well and easy. Because insurance wasn’t available to me ( not being from the US) I had to provide a high $1500 deposit. I felt comfortable because of my experience in 2016. I left the place in the condition I agreed and my deposit was returned quickly and fairly. I understood his exposure and he was reasonable in his expectations and honorable in performing up to mine.

Summing up, my experience one year ago was great with the unit, the area and the host. So much so I returned this year and had a great result again. I am sad to leave and do hope to being able to return as soon as possible.

Great Week at Red Rox 2038

Red Rox 2038 was a great experience. The location was perfect for hiking, golf, spring training games, airport and old town Scottsdale. Pool and gym at facility were great. Condo was clean and had all the kitchen utensils we needed to do our own cooking in the unit.

Condo owner was very responsive and provide clear instructions for access to the unit and what to do when we left. We will definitely stay at the unit again!

Red Rox Condo

We enjoyed our stay at the condo. It was close to all the areas that we were interested in going to. Price for the condo was what we could afford. It was clean when we got there. The bed was comfortable. Had plenty of space for the two of us. We would rent again if we return to Phoenix.

Quite and great location

Red Rox is beautifully landscaped with two pools and a putting green. It's location near the Tempe water front and downtown, as well as across the street from Papago Park with a public golf course, zoo and botanical gardens made it a perfect place to enjoy our week stay. This was a last minute rental for us and Paul made it very easy to do it quickly and efficiently. He was available within a few minutes for any questions or needs we had. We couldn't find the iron and Paul appeared in no time with one. (Not quite sure how he did that since he lives in Montana!) The condo is on the second floor which could be a problem for anyone who has an issue with that for there is no elevator. However, being higher up kept us above any car noise. The condo is perfect for a couple, especially if you have a student at ASU you wish to visit.

Perfect place for a working vacation.

I do a lot of work remotely and so was looking for a sunny place to work but also have some fun. I found it here. Setting up the reservation was smooth and I even had several phone conversations with Paul to make sure things were going OK. When I arrived everything was just as expected. It was a great place to work from. My "poolside" office was exceptional. The condo itself was clean and very comfortable. Sitting and relaxing on the balcony was nice especially in the evenings. The location was great. Close to the airport and the real treat was being right across the street from Papago Park. I went there every day to walk in the desert terrain, climb the rocks, and watch the sunset (a "must do" experience). Being from a place where winters are cold, wet and dark this was a real treat. I hope to plan another trip next winter and will definitely look into booking from Paul and Kyler.

We issue paypal ior invoices or allow direct deposit. Credit Card and Paypal use incur a 3 percent convenience fee. Direct Deposit does not incur this fee but reservations are not held until your deposit is made and clears our bank. If you wish to place a $1500.00 completely refundable higher refundable deposit we will waive the 59.00 damage insurance. International credit cards may incur ANOTHER 3 percent fee. Off season Monthly and some extended stays do not include generally include utilities, wifi or TV but this can be negotiated into any particular rate. If you can electronically pay us, without incurring fees, we will accept. We basically pass credit card or processing fees on to you.
