Relax after a day at the beach or the pool on your private balcony. Lavish furnishings and a well stocked kitchen are sure to please everyone in your group, including the gourmet cook. The master bedroom offers sound front deck access, where you can enjoy your morning coffee. The landings at sugar creek is a premier waterfront community that blends traditional old nags head charm with modern luxuries that boasts a sound front pool, elevator accessible condo, ample parking for 2 cars and a boardwalk to the roanoke sound! Here you will enjoy direct, private access to the sound for windsurfing, kayaking or crabbing on the community pier! Located just 225 yards from the beach access and the atlantic ocean. The landings at sugar creek is very close to the pristine beaches of north carolina's outer banks, as well as fabulous shopping and fine dining. After coming to the Outer Banks for 20+ years we decided to own a piece of the OBX! This Condo unit marries the charm and architecture of Nags Head with the convenience of home. We have always enjoyed the South Nags Head Beaches, seclusion of South Nags Head and easy access to shopping and fine dining close by. We hope you will enjoy it as well!

There are some true dining Gems near by and here are a few of our favorites you need to try: Sam & Omies, Tortugas Lie, Lucky 12, Outer Banks Brewing Station, Howards Pub (in Ocracoke - Worth the drive), Chili Peppers, Mama Quans and Whalebone Junction (the best take out seafood to cook at home on the OBX) just to name a few!!! Walking distance to Jennette's Pier with an amazing little local aquarium.

Felt like home.

Great location. The owners couldn't have been more accommodating or helpful. Clean & very comfortable. Our time was cut short by hurricane Matthew, but we would definitely return to this rental again.

Beautiful Condo!

My parents and I had a great stay at this condo. It was clean, had everything we needed, and a really great view of the sound. Plenty of space for the three of us and my 70-pound dog. Wonderful location close to the beach and restaurants and shops. The owners were great with communication and made sure we got our pool passes and all the information we need, and even left a personalized list of recommendations. Would highly recommend staying here!

Just as pictured - two bedrooms with bathrooms each. Nice veranda looking at the sound with a glimpse of the ocean. Just as we expected. Owner responded quickly to set up visit on short notice. Thanks!

Great Condo, Great Vacation, Great Owner!

No surprises here. All the pictures of the unit are dead on. You get what you see. Mark, the owner, is fantastic to deal with. This is a perfect condo for a family of four or a great a couple get away. Great views from the balcony and a well stocked beautiful kitchen make for an enjoyable trip. Whale Bones fish market across the street has some of the freshest seafood I have ever had. Drop your luggage, grab a pound of steamed shrimp and some beer and enjoy.....

We loved our stay at Sugar Creek. We are long time OBX vacationers and this was our first time to stay at this end of Nags Head. The unit was very pretty, more than enough room for the two of us and we loved the balcony! We were so thankful that we could bring our beagle. The furnishings were very pretty......linens, dishes,etc. The condo is in a great location to shopping, restaurants, beaches. It was a tad "noisy" from the cars on the main road, but that wouldn't keep us from returning.

What a great place!!

The condo was evern nicer than we expected. It felt so spacious for a two bedroom. It had everything we could need for a week at the beach. It was very close to the beach with the relaxing view of the sound. We loved that we could bring our dog with us. The owner was very quick to respond to questions we had. Really appreciated his list of suggestion of things to do and eat. The condo was top notch and so was the owner. We hope to return!
