A contemporary beach house, with exposed beams, silver metal and cedar elements a West Coast style cottage on a private beach in Prince Edward Island.

The cottage has an open living area & full kitchen, with stainless steel and gloss white & grey cabinetry, complete with a dish washer. Large expanses of glass provide sweeping views of the beach and sand dunes below. The living room has a large flat screen TV, electric fireplace, comfortable sectional seating, and opens up to the large beachfront deck.

Enjoy grilling on the deck and lounging under the dramatic cedar cantilevered overhang as you watch the amazing sunsets over the ocean in front of you, and the amazing stars at night.

The master bedroom is large, with huge windows towards the ocean & beach below. The master bedroom has an elegant queen size 4 poster canopy bed and ample closet space for your vacation. Directly from the master bedroom is a full en-suite bathroom, complete with a full size Bianca Carrera marble tiled shower, and views of the ocean as well.

The second bedroom has a modern queen size bed, and near to the second bedroom is another full bathroom, with a tub, and full laundry facilities.

About Sharon & Mark

I am the owner / operator of two large group childcare centers in British Columbia, near Vancouver, and fell in love at first sight with this property a number of years ago. It has always been my dream to construct a modern beach cottage at this location, with all of the amenities required for a relaxing stay, and 'The Victoria' has fulfilled this dream.

Why Sharon & Mark chose North Cape

Once you arrive and see the spectacular view and beach, you will understand why I fell in love with the location. After travelling around the entire island in search of the perfect location, with easy access to the beach (which is very hard to find), I came across this land in Cape Wolfe. Instead of purchasing just one parcel of it, I had to secure the entire site in order to protect the area from future development.

What makes this house unique

This property is truly a magical location, nestled next to the beach and sand dunes, and surrounded by the distant view of massive wind turbines. The beach is a gentle stroll through the sand dunes, and rarely is there anyone else there at any given moment.

Cape Wolfe has the most incredible sunsets over the ocean, and lobster boats are routinely just off shore during fishing season.

Home of the West Point Lighthouse, Cedar Dunes Provincial Park is a short 10 minute drive along the coast, where you can tour the huge lighthouse, play on the beach, or have dinner at Sandals restaurant at the harbour.

The busy area of Cavendish is only a little more than 1.2 hours away, but you can enjoy it, then leave it all behind and go back to your private beach.

The over 12 acres of grass around the cottage are there for you to enjoy any number of outdoor activities during your stay.
