About Mark and Sue Werder
We have always wanted to "work where we live versus live where we work"....so in 2010 we took a chance and started our boutique vacation rental service business (Good Neighbor Vacation Rentals, LLC) in beautiful Estes Park, Colorado. In addition to operating our own vacation rentals, we are a boutique service provider to like-minded vacation rental homeowners. As travelers ourselves, we enjoy a high-quality travel/vacation experience; and in that regard, quality & customer service are at the top of our product offering...reflected in what our guests have to say (please check-out the reviews for all of our properties!!). "It's not just a transaction...for us it's our passion!" We are also diehard fans of the St. Louis Cardinals & Blues, Buffalo Bills & Sabres, world cup soccer, Pittsburgh Penguins (some of us!), VT Hokies and the Rocky Mountains!
Mark and Sue Werder purchased this House in 2013

Beautiful home, host was awesome!
Clean and Comfortable!
Everything about the stay was great! It is a very comfortable and very clean house in a great location. Although we didn't need anything, Sue checked on us to be sure that everything was in order and was just a couple of houses away if we would have needed anything. And we had our own herd of Elk decide to spend the evening in our yard as we relaxed and drank wine on the porch! An extra nice vacation!
As always, our stay was awesome! Sue and Mark take such wonderful care of the cabin and us each and every time! We wouldn’t even consider staying anywhere else (with the exception of other cabins they own and/or manage!) Looking forward to our next trip already reserved for 2020. 😃
The beautiful home was outstanding, exceeded only by the
thoughtfulness and assistance of the owners. The house is
located in a private community which is quite and well
maintained. Located close to Estes Park and Rocky Mountain
National Park. Our stay was wonderful and met all our
A Fantastic Cabin!
We are starting to lose count at how many times we’ve stayed at Aspen-Haus Cabin. That’s because Aspen-Haus Cabin has become our go-to place when we visit Estes Park every year. We love the owners, Sue and Mark, as they are attentive and excellent communicators, and they keep their home immaculate! The location can’t be beat! It’s close to town and yet you can hike into RMNP. We often see wildlife roaming around the cabin. It’s so neat to see it right outside your windows! We love Aspen-Haus Cabin and highly recommend it!
The Rocky Mountain National Park Beaver Meadows entrance is within 2 miles of AspenHaus Cabin. Walk into the RMNP from trailheads which are 1/4 mile away.
