If you’re coming to MIAMI to party you’ve picked a great city to do so. Unfortunately, just not at our place. Though we’re sure it won’t come to it, serious complaints of unruly behavior will unfortunately result in you being asked to leave. Not good for you. Not good for us. We ask that you kindly respect our maximum occupancy requirement. We also required for all guest to sign a rental agreement when you book the property and provide copy of a picture ID. We expect our guest to take care of the property as it was their own.
Please keep noise, especially outdoor and at night - after 9PM, to a conversational level (“inside voice”). The police determine issuance of violations based on whether they can hear the backyard noise from the front door
Guests must remove all the garbage and put it in the trash cans outside on the driveway.
No eating in the bedrooms and more so, specifically on any beds
SMOKING: Smoking inside the house is EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED. if you break the rules by smoking inside there will be a charge of $300.
Smoking outside the covered outdoor area immediately next to the sliding doors with such doors open is equivalent to smoking inside the house as the smoke/smell can and often does come into the living room
Don’t bring any type of glass on the pool area, we suggest you can get plastic utensils, plates, and cups for pool usage. Dry yourself before entering the house. Never leave children in the water alone. Make sure a parent or adult are present all the time.
Outdoor: Be reasonable with the noise/music after hours. This is a residential zone. Please respect your neighbors.
