Super clean quaint lodging
Immmaculately clean in country setting outside Chapel Hill. Friendly and accomodating hosts in a quaint rural setting
Comfy, Quiet, Convenient Location
Just as advertised, this property was about a 10 minute drive to campus area. Being out in the countryside, this place was so quiet. Everything was great about the house—clean, comfortable, quiet, and access to full kitchen, and the host is very accommodating. Very enjoyable stay!
We enjoyed our stay in Chapel Hill. The property was just the right amount of secluded to get away from it all, yet close enough to all the activities of the Raleigh-Durham area! Thanks to our friendly hosts for their hospitality and the jump!
The home is secluded, restful and beautiful. We would love to come back. Thank you Tracy.
Loved the apartment & the surrounding grounds.
It was set in the middle of beautiful grounds filled with trees and tall grasses. We were serenaded by evening frogs into the night & birds into the morning. A wonderfully restful stay.
Rural and peaceful
This Chapel Hill property was a great place to unwind and enjoy graduation weekend. Tracy and Phil were good hosts and gave us lots of privacy. Their two dogs were friendly. A nice large deck and shaded patio made nice places to relax and visit with our family. Two unexpected things (probably in the property description, but I missed it) was that the queen bedroom has very thin curtains at the window which let a lot of morning light in. We were up early both days so not a problem that it was light at 6-6:30 am. The second unexpected thing was that occupants of one bedroom access the bathroom by going through the other bedroom. We were all family members, so not a big deal, but definitely would want to know the other occupants quite well if two couples shared the rental together. Staying in 'Home Sweet Home' definitely added to our weekend and our time together for graduation! Glad we found it.
It was a pleasure hosting your lovely family, and yes, the HomeAway website does say the sun lit rooms are connected 🤓
