We are California residents who have loved and visited the Hawaiian Islands for over 30 years. Each year, we spend several months in our meticulously maintained condo in the Ilikai.

We purchased this property because of its fine location, close to beaches, parks, entertainment, restaurants, shopping and transportation.
Each Friday evening, a free two-hour hula show is presented in the courtyard. You will meet interesting locals and visitors from all over the world. The Ilikai was made famous by the TV show 'Hawaii Five-O', recently revived.
We spent 60 days there as we were transitioning to HI from the Mainland. The accommodations were very nice and a good value. Ocean view is terrific and Hans is a great host.
The Ilikai has long been a favourite location when staying in Waikiki. This particular unit is the best one that we have stayed in. The views of the marina are lovely, the sunsets are spectacular. The unit is nice and clean, tiled floors, and everything you need for your stay. Owners are very responsive to any enquiry and requests. Will definitely stay again and recommend to our friends. Our second stay at this property (not the same unit)in seven month.We Chose this property Because of ideal location for us .The first unit was recently remodeled but poorly managed and dirty.This one was clean and a very concerned owner. Rarely ate out Because it was a delight to stay in for our meals.(I love to cook and eat healthy)

The property is located at the edge of Waikiki, just 5 minutes walking distance to Hawaii's largest shopping center, 3 minutes from the beach and a few minutes to the heart of Waikiki's entertainment and hotel district.
The property has a beautiful courtyard. Several bus lines stop directly in front. Most areas on the island are easily accessible by the nation's best bus system (TheBus).
You can walk to and enjoy the Duke Kahanamoku Lagoon for swimming, stand-up paddle surfing and other activities. The property is located next to the Hilton Hawaiian Village.
The Military's R&R facility Fort DeRussy and the Hale Koa Hotel are just a few minutes away.
A beautiful park (Magic Island) is just 5 minutes from the property. It features paths, benches and plenty of space to enjoy Hawaii.
There are several car rental agencies on the property and across the street. Parking in the building is $25/day. Additional metered parking is available directly at the building.
Bell services are available. There are laundry rooms on each floor of the building.
