This home has exceptional new furnishings, is spacious, and located in a newly developing subdivision with upscale homes and central to many renowned southwest locations. For the golfer, ATV off-roader, hiker, or national parks visitor, it is a paradise The weather here is much more moderate than the surrounding mountain states.

What makes this house unique

We negotiated 9 months for this home, because of its central location, high ceilings, open layout, two covered porch areas, 3 car garage, and a large family room perfect for a first class home theater. The master is very large, with a large walk-in closet. The surrounding areas spectacularly frame western vistas, including multicolor sandstone mountains and dunes, wherein are carved out challenging and beautiful golf courses. And of course, you are close to renowned national parks like Zions, Bryce Canyon, etc.

Clean, quiet, well equipped, vacation rental. Perfect for what we were looking for.

Great location in between Zion's National Park and St. George. Quiet neighborhood close to the lake. Wish we would have brought ATVs--plenty of places to ride. The house was well equipped with everything you need. Just stop at the conveniently located Walmart to stock up on food. beautiful new home with plenty of room. Check in was easy. We had a great stay!!

Wonderful spot for a large group!!

The home is very beautiful, clean and well-kept. My group stayed here for a "sister weekend" and consisted of 10 ladies; there were enough beds for all of us. The home theater room is amazing and a perfect spot for those wanting to do any activities different from the rest of the group. The backyard and patio is well landscaped and cozy. The neighborhood is quiet and pleasant. It’s a place we would definitely stay at again.

My family had an amazing time in the St George area. This home made it even better. It is a beautiful home where we could come back, relax and unwind. The kids had a great time and loved it too. Great communication and great property. We will return again!

Perfect!

Location was perfect for us, as we visited Zion, Snow Canyon, and the North Rim of Grand Canyon. The house was beautiful, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Walmart is just up the road, convenient for groceries or hiking needs. I would highly recommend if you are visiting Zion or the surrounding parks.

Absolutely Beautiful

Joann was so nice and very good to work with. Their house was everything that was in the pictures and more. Just beautiful! Enjoyed the theater room was enjoyed by all. Neighbors were all very nice. Home was Very clean. Very close to Zion where my daughter ran her half marathon . The surrounding Golf courses are fantastic! The restaurants that we enjoyed was Big Bear Diner, Pizza Factory both in St. George. Will def. rent again!

Excellent Home!

This is truly a great home. It's new, clean, with plenty of room, and in a good location. We stayed in this house for more than a week while doing some hiking in Zion. The house is perfectly located to visit Zion, Bryce, Great Canyon (North Rim) national parks. The house is close to Walmart (5 mins drive), Hurricane, and St. George where you can find plenty of stores and restaurants. For more adventurous travelers with SUVs, I recommend visiting Toroweap/Tuweep area of Grand Canyon. This house is perfectly located for this trip. You can find plenty of information about this area on the inrernet. I'll post my review to Trip Advisor about this area soon. It's not as hard to access as many people lead you to believe.

Our home is centrally located in the St. George area, with several renowned golf courses minutes away, access to a swimming, boating, and fishing reservoir, outdoor theaters, wonderful ATV trails and sand dunes, and access to Zions, Bryce Canyon, Lake Powell, and the Grand Canyon within several hours by car, truly a vacationer's paradise.

Cleaning Fee $150

We handle the booking and reservations, rather than online booking, saving renters money. Contact us and we will send you contract, which, once filled out and approved, will trigger an immediate invoice. We will rent for 3 days, but the rate for 3 days is $675, not including tax or cleaning fee. Rent is discounted substantially for longer stay periods (e.g., rent for 6 days and get 7th day free). Contact us for rental prices for periods other than those listed. Cancellations of more than 45 days before arrival charged 20% of full rental agreement (security, cleaning not included). Cancellations between 30 - 45 days charged at 50% of full rental; no refunds for canceling within 30 days of arrival. Security deposit refunded upon no renter damage.
