It is located directly across from sunny Kamaole Beach Park III, one of South Maui’s premier snorkeling and swimming beaches and ranked by Maui No Ka 'Oi magazine as Maui's Best Family Beach. This low rise, quiet complex, with its wonderful tropical gardens, features two heated pools (the upper pool, which this condo is closest too, has a beautiful lava and flowered landscaping, with a lava rock waterfall), Jacuzzi spas, private tennis courts and multiple, convenient BBQ areas, including one approximately 20 yards away from this condo.
Unit J 120 is elegantly furnished with tile floors throughout,including the lanai (no more gritty, dirty carpet with sand from the beach); FREE AMENITIES include keyless entry, mainland and Canadian calling telephone, Wi-Fi, high speed internet access, room safe, iron and ironing board, 50 inch Sony LED HD cable TV in living room, second cable TV in master bedroom, washer and dryer, as well as a fully equipped modern kitchen. Other “extras” include hair dryer, beach towels, body boards, ice chests, beach chairs, umbrellas, Blue Ray, DVD and iPod docks. The spacious tiled lanai offers spectacular ocean views and sunsets, with a true taste of Hawaiian living. It also has an intimate, private courtyard just off the master bedroom.
Its location in the condominium complex allows for easy access to the reserved parking space and is especially convenient for those with disabilities, as parking is within feet of the floor unit and has absolutely no steps to navigate. A convenience that you will certainly appreciate when you are carrying in the groceries!

Reservation is secured upon receipt of one night's deposit (variable depending on season) which is non refundable. Balance due Is to be paid within 60 days prior to arrival. If you cancel your reservation within 60 days, a refund will be made to the extent we are able to rent the unit again. Damage deposit will be refunded by check upon a satisfactory inspection after departure. This may take up to 14 days. THIS IS A NON-SMOKING UNIT and LANAI. ANY VIOLATION OF THIS POLICY WILL AUTMATICALLY FORFEIT YOUR DEPOSIT! If you notice any smoking around the unit you must notify the front desk and/or security immediately. This is for your own protection as smoke can be blown into and stay in our unit. Cigarette smoke can linger in the unit for days causing us to think that you are responsible for it. By notifying security and/or the front desk, you will be protecting yourself, as well as the unit. All Association rules must be followed,which includes, but is not limited to fines for smoking on the lanai and unit. This would be separate from forfeiture of your damage deposit.

About: Linda and I have been happily married for over 41 years and we have four adult children. Robert, our son, co-manages this 'slice of paradise' for us. We use this condo as a our second home for approximately 4 months out of the year. We have furnished it to our 'tropical' tastes so it does not have the 'feel' of a rental. Hawaiian law requires that renters have a licensed local rental agent available to you,the guest, at all times. Our agent is Rentals Maui Inc. and once rented by us on VRBO, Rentals Maui Inc. will take care of your needs, such as directions, check -in instructions, emergencies etc.. Of course, you are always free to call me too. We love Maui, not only for its beautiful beaches but for the variety of activities. Up country is horse country. In the springtime, the countryside is gorgeous with its blooming purple Jacaranda trees. Take in a polo game if you have the time. A trip to Hana is a must but make sure you leave early, providing plenty of viewing stops along the way. Remember, it's the journey not the destination when you go to Hana. We love bringing a picnic lunch (use the provided cooler) and try to find a new spot to enjoy!. If you get to the volcano, Haleakala, to see the sunrise, best to do this at the start of your vacation, as you will probably be getting up early anyway with the time change. Dress warmly and feel free to bring a blanket with you. Frankly, the sunset is almost as good and a lot more convenient. Locally, go see our friend Joe Benedett play his original songs at Mulligan's On the Blue. On occasion when I am 'on island', Joe even asks me to come up and play my ukulele with him. If Willie K is in town, he is a must see. If you go to one of his shows, make sure you stop by an say 'Aloha' to friends Jerry Byers, the bass player and sound engineer Jessie Otico Alpuro. There is so much to do in Maui that we can honestly say 'we've never been bored', even after staying here three months at a time. We love our Maui home!
Why Kihei, HI, USA:
We live here too! All the conveniences such as a body board, beach towels, coolers etc are already here. It is secluded so your privacy is assured (perfect for honeymooners). We love having our breakfast on the lanai so we can gaze on the blue water as the boats sail to the islet Molokini on their snorkel trips. In season (December to April), you can also watch the whales frolic in the ocean. Occasionally, the colorful para-gliders gracefully float their way down from Haleakelala to the beach in front of us. We are adjacent to Wailea and have the feel of a Wailea property, without the Wailea prices!
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
OCEAN VIEW, quiet, NON- SMOKING, easy and convenient access for those with disabilities (although the unit itself has not been ADA certified). Privacy assured. Many FREE AMENITIES, including safe, WI-FI, HD LED TV, keyless entry,iron and board, hairdryer, and washer and dryer, mainland and Canadian calling. Because we live here for approximately 4 months out of the year, Unit J 120 has a unique 'hominess' feel to it. Most of our guests are repeat, a true testimony to the quality of our home. Maui Kamaole is within minutes of the Wailea Shops, golf and dining and across the road from Maui Kamaole III, one of Maui's finest beaches. Kihei itself, besides excellent restaurants, provides surfboards, windsurfing and kayak rentals, as well as those quaint tourist shops where you can pick up something special for those 'left' at home. We are situated in the Maui Kamaole J Cluster, which was built in 2000, the newest cluster. In my opinion it is better designed and built, being much quieter than the older models. You will appreciate this when there is no street noise. The privacy, quiet, luxurious accommodations and spectacular ocean view is ideal for honeymooners.
