Wonderful Condo with a View!

  • 5 of 5

We stayed here 5 days with our daughter and her husband. It was summer and hot (106 degrees F) but inside a pleasant (translate that 'life-saving') 72 degrees F inside! The AC works great!

Seriously we loved our stay and Nicole was very easy to work with. She was pleasant, kind, professional, and very responsive to any query I had.

Pros: AC works great! Comfortable living room and kitchen. Kitchen adequately supplied (there were some issues with the refrigerator/freezer). Beautiful view of the ridge from the living room and master bedroom. The beds were comfortable and clean. The condo is decorated tastefully. Internet worked well. The pool is nearby and kept clean. We used it daily! Garage parking available for 2 cars (really nice to keep them out of the sun in the summer). Washer and Dryer work well. Front porch with table and chairs and BBQ - we used this area daily as well. Close (5 mi) to Moab, Arches (8 mi), and Canyonlands (30 mi), Colorado river (6 mi), petroglyphs, and dinosaur tracks and bones.

This was a great adventure and we loved it! Thank you Nicole for sharing your vacation home with us!

Cons: There aren't very many! It is 5 mi south of town (there are no accommodations north of Moab). The pool is small and serves many condo units (not sure how many; and they are building more) and so in the afternoons the pool area and pool would be very crowded (with wonderful happy playing families with children! There could be more than 25 in the small pool and more sitting on the decks. The pool can be a busy place to be sure. This isn't a deal breaker - we loved our stay!

Worked nicely for our mountain bike vacation to Moab

  • 4 of 5

We stayed here with 5 guys on a week long mountain bike trip to Utah. It is a newer condo that has ample space, is well stocked with amenities and is reasonably priced. Having a 2 car garage was very convenient for securely storing our bikes. The place is on the outskirts of town but that was not really a big deal considering you need to drive to all the trailheads anyways. We would definitely be willing to stay here again.

Great place for family. Clean and spacious.

  • 5 of 5

This was a great 3 BR condo for a family. It is 5 miles outside of town, so quiet. The condo itself is spacious and clean. Kitchen has a lot of room. The attached garage is nice to have with plenty of space to store bikes/extra equipment. In house washer and dryer is also nice. The complex also has a tennis court/basketball court which was great for the kids to play on, and a swimming pool/hot tub which wasn't open yet this spring.

A couple things to be aware of, which didn't bother us, is that us a brand new complex near the main highway, there is no buffer to the highway. So in the master bedroom, which faces the road, at night you can see lights flashing against the blinds, and sometimes hear large trucks. Again this did not affect us at all. Also, being on the south side of town, if you are going to Arches or anywhere North, it will take additional time to get through the town traffic.

Would definitely choose to stay here again for the next time we bring the family to Moab.
