2017 pricing: •The resort no longer charges a $33 daily Resort/Club fee. The Resort/Club fee. The owners negotiated a new club contract and dropped the $33 a day club/amenity fee in favor of a new club registration fee of $50 for the week and $25 for 3 night reservations or less. For the remainder of 2017, guest will be able to pay the Registration fee directly to the resort at check in. Breaking the old contract was a significant win for the owners and for our guest.

This immaculate unit is filled with beautiful furnishings. The unit has 3 bedrooms and a sleeper sofa in the living room. There are ceiling fans in main room for improved comfort. Private master suite offers a private glass door that leads to the balcony. You are sure to find a time of relaxation. This room features a king size bed, LCD TV and a large closet.

The 2nd King suite has a king size bed. This suite has a private second bathroom and tub as well!

The third bedroom has queen sized bed and private access to a full bathroom. This has its own HDTV. Living Room has seating and sleeper sofa. Large LCD TV with DVD player adjacent to dining area. Kitchen is beautifully furnished with granite counter tops with dining table and bar stools for your dining pleasure. The Laundry Center has Kenmore Washer/Dryer Included. Iron and ironing board are provided.

The condo is equipped with broadband wireless internet. The unit is located on the 5nd floor and has two reserved covered/off street parking on the 5th floor of the resort's attached parking garage. Elevators are available with stairs close by.

The 270 sq ft wrap 'beach/gulf view' balcony has a table and chairs for your outdoor dining pleasure.

The Shores of Panama has one of the largest pools in all of Florida, nearly 20,000 square feet of lagoon pool and outdoor hot tub featuring waterfalls, fountains, and a Tiki bar. The landscaping and exterior detail of this multi-million dollar complex is absolutely breath-taking. The complex also has a large, heated indoor pool & hot tub, a fitness room, electronic game room, party room, and a full service spa. The Shores of Panama was created to be more like a resort than just another condo building on the beach!

Waffle House is walking distance. Wal-Mart is across the street. Pineapple Willy's is right next door. Pier Park (large shopping complex) is just down the road. Many attractions nearby but you probably will not want to leave the complex because it is great!

Wonderful visit, will book again

Our stay in this 5th floor unit was truly wonderful! The views with the wrap around deck were awesome. We had very easy access to the stairs which led right to a gate at the pool. The condo was very clean, and had everything we needed. It rained 2 of the days we were there and were able to piece a couple of puzzles the owners keep in the closets along with some board games. Even though we had to check in at a different location down the street, it was very easy and they were very friendly (and even alot easier and quicker than the check in we had last year at the same resort in a different unit). This unit also has 2 GREAT parking spots right by the entrance door on the 5th floor which made unloading and loading very easy. Renting from the owner Randy Nelson was very easy and he was very friendly. He was very professional and was very quick to answer all my emails prior to arriving and had sent me a detailed information package (via email) about the condo prior to our trip. We saw a lot of maintenance workers and security guards working at the resort and it was very clean and well ran. The resort is located in a great area. We were only about 10 minutes one way to Pier Park with shopping and 10 minutes the other way for Captain Jacks Marina for deep sea fishing, and snorkeling. Also, right outside of the resort on the beach you can rent wave runners, paddleboards, and so much more. We will definitely be back in this unit again next year.

Great Condo with great location and dedicated owners.

The condo was clean and the beds are very comfortable. It rained a lot on us our week and we actually got to spend a lot of time in it. Most other weeks we are at the beach so this was a different experience for us. The reserved parking is nice as well when you're unloading and loading the car. No waiting for elevators. A good overall stay. The only negatives were that someone was in our reserved space so others staying with us had to search for other spots and the carpet was a little worn. The owner, Randy did what he could do about the parking. The carpet is on its last leg. I've never seen an owner that would get back to you so quickly when you had an issue. We'll be back.

Owner's Response: Thanks, we look forward to having Brian and Sharon stay with us again. Yes, we have a maintenance request a couple times a month for the carpet threshold piece. (where it goes from carpet to tile) Scheduled to replace the floor coverings at the end of the summer rush.

Room was nice but overall condo needs help!

Randy's room/condo was nice and clean with no issues. The overall property needs a lot of maintenance as both of the hot tubs remained broke until our last day and elevators was not working on our side. Shores of Panama needs to spend the money they are getting from wristbands and upgrade the place and clean it up a little. We will probably not be back...

Owner's Response: Matt has stayed with use before, so he knows what right looks like for the resort. As of this spring, the owners have retaken control of the Resort's Club. Reviews/Ratings for the Resort are way up. I am sure they will continue to improve responsiveness to maintenance issues like Matt pointed out. The resort has six elevators; the two nearest the unit are the lowest use set. It is very unusual for both of those to be out of order. The outdoor hot tub was working Sat thru Wed that week, when I was at the resort. I did hear that the Indoor hot tub was closed during that week, with a maintenance "repair part" on back order. We have a lot of pool and elevator maintenance outfits in Panama City. When things break they are normally very responsive. I will definitely forward your observations and issues to the Condo Owners Association.

The beach views from the wrap around balcony were beautiful! The 3 bedrooms provided plenty of room for the whole group to sleep comfortably and the condo itself was well furnished and spacious. The owner was easy to work with and responded quickly. Can't wait to visit again!

Great Vacation!!!!!! Great location on the beach right next to Pineapple Willy's. The Shores of Panama room 531 owned by Randy Nelson & family was Awesome!!!!!!!!! We would definitely recommend it for anyone and would definitely like to stay there again. Thanks so much to the Nelson's for sharing their condo with us.
