Regal Palms resort has a 2 acre Tropical Swimming Pool Complex with 2 heated pools. There is also a waterslide, outdoor hot tub Jacuzzi/spa, 'lazy river', children's Lap pool, waterfalls, poolside patio and lots of room for sunbathing. A charming Tiki Hut bar is right there for refreshments. The Regal Palms is a private gated community, where access to the resort is strictly controlled using an electronic key entry system, and all the facilities are for the exclusive use of the guests only. The resort is NOT open to the public. There is a free wireless Internet Access inside and outside of the Clubhouse, and in the pool area.
RESORT DAMAGE PROTECTION FEE: There is a one-time fee of $59. This fee covers you for $1500 of accidental damage. This fee also gives you free cancellation up to 48 hours before the check in (for Christmas and Easter 7 days before check in) which is a great value!!! A credit card must be given for all reservations. The property manager will email you the payment form within 2 business days of the confirmed reservation which you can pay online or over the phone. DOOR ENTRY CODE: The house has an electronic lock on the entry door with a numeric keypad. Your door code will be provided in your check-in directions that will be emailed to you after the Resort Damage Protection Fee has been collected. RESORT AMENITIES FEE: There is a small fee of $15 per day per house for usage of all resort amenities. You will have unlimited access to the water park with the lazy river and the slide and the resort gym. One daily fee covers all residents of the house. The fee is collected at the front desk during your check in.
