An Artist’s Home
Enjoy the touches only an artist can bring when staying in this top floor three-bedroom condominium. Located in a secure, small complex (25 units) at the south end of Playa La Ropa, this dual artist home is a visual treat throughout. Take pleasure in the hand-selected works from a variety of Mexican villages and towns. These unique creations are tastefully intermixed with more than a dozen owner-created paintings and photographs.
The visual treasures ensure an eye-catching space, but this unit also has everything necessary for a relaxing stay whether it be a week, a month, or longer. This spacious condo has two comfortable king-sized beds and two twin beds in separate bedrooms that each open onto the full length patio. Each room has its own air conditioner and over-the-bed fan for comfort during even the hottest months (June-September).
The bedrooms are only needed for sleeping as there is ample space for relaxing in the condo, both inside and outside. The main living area’s seating has been redone for maximum comfort and there is sit-down dining for six, plus a convenient breakfast bar overlooking the fully equipped kitchen. A four burner gas stove, with oven, and plenty of prep space makes meal preparation a breeze. Plenty of actual breezes also cool this unit thanks to a large, west-facing window over the double sink. Unique to this condo is a sunset patio off the kitchen. No better place to enjoy an adult beverage as the sun goes down on another perfect day.
The always sparkling pool, visible from the main patio, has an adult lap lane. It is surrounded by lush grass, a rarity in this tropical climate, with plenty of loungers, chairs, and shade umbrellas. The generous grounds, which are maintained by a full-time gardner, are accented by a pool-side palapa large enough for gatherings of friends and family (with prior approval by the on-site administrator).
While the size of this unit is ideal for families, it is better suited for more mature groups. In fact, no children under 12 are permitted due to the nature of the art on display. This opportunity to live in an artist’s home, less than 300 meters from the best beach in Zihuatanejo, is for connoisseurs of the finest Mexico has to offer.
