About the owner: I wanted to be as close to the beach in Santa Barbara as possible & yet close to everything else. The need to be centrally located, ability to walk & bike was the most important criteria for my search. It took me two years to located this spot & 6 months to renovate . I wanted a very comfortable yet lauxury home & I made it happen !

Why the Owner Chose East Beach, Santa Barbara, CA, USA:
Location , location , location I have always wanted to be near the ocean & walk to the beach from my home. The only place that I can lived & be able to be a tourist !!!
