Why shaun lynda chose Clinton Hill

I love living in Clinton Hill. The neighborhood has so many unique features and people residing here from all different cultures. Clinton Hill is a true melting pot. There are sushi, Middle Eastern, French, Thai, Latin, and American restaurants throughout the community. Also, there is the Brooklyn Academy of Music (BAM), Barclay Center, and lovely Fort Green Park.

What makes this house unique

I love my brownstone because of the space and uniqueness. I have extended my building which enables me to have a very large industrial like kitchen with high ceilings.

A well equipped place for a visit to New York

We stayed at Shaun's place for week and had a great time. The location is perfect, close to a number of Metro lines and many shops including a laundrette. The apartment is well equipped and comfortable. It had the feel of an urban village and very friendly. Shaun could not have been more helpful. The apartment is lived in and the better for it.

Great location!

Not a long stay for us so the great location with two subway stations nearby was really useful. Parking is a bonus for exploring further afield. Owners were very helpful and welcoming.

Perfect location in Brooklyn

My family had a wonderful stay at Shaun's place. He was so welcoming and very helpful with anything we needed. The location is perfect to everything in Brooklyn and a short subway ride to Manhattan or anywhere else. The apartment has a really neat layout and it was great for the 5 of us. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

The unit has all the comforts of home and plenty of space; including a huge kitchen! It's walking distance to Pratt and across the street from two excellent restaurants. The neighbors were extremely curtious and helpful. Shaun answered all texts and phone calls immediately, was receptive to additional questions, and provided a clean unit. Beats overpaying for a local hotel that will not offer the same comforts of a home to visiting families.

Great place and great location.

A few colleagues and I booked a last minute trip to the city for a handful of meetings over a few days. We wanted a quiet place to retreat to between meetings so we could get some work done. This was the perfect location. We were able to get into the city very easily and then get back to Brooklyn to regroup and tackle some business. Everything we needed was a short walk away including coffee, dining, transportation, and a place to grab a few groceries.

Shaun was very accommodating and the property was well-maintained. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to a family and friends.

A great home from home

We really enjoyed our stay here. There were 6 of us but the place has plenty of room. The area has enough interest in terms of food and drink but Manhattan is also an easy trip anytime you want to. Having off-road parking in New York was a big plus and we often drove downtown. Shaun was a good host and dealt with issues and queries very promptly. We're glad we picked the right location - a gentrified suburb with easy access to everything.

We are in a highly desirable location and there are three subway lines within walking distance from our home including the A,C, and G. 20 minute walk to the Atlantic/Pacific station recently renamed Barclays Stadium Center. Most trains are about a 10 minute ride to lower Manhattan.

There are many food markets, a green grocer, butcher, fish and cheese, wine stores, restaurants, clothing, bookstores, coffee bars within walking distance.

The brownstone is a three family private dwelling that the owner occupies.

Clinton Hill is one of Brooklyn's most dynamic neighborhoods that has become a destination for New Yorkers, Brooklynites and Tourist to visit in it's own right. There are many restaurants and shops and cultural activities along with the famous Brooklyn FleaMarket, BAM, small theatres and Fort Greene Park. At the same time, the neighborhood has retained it's small neighborhood relaxed charm which can be a respite from the City.
