Resort-style 2BR/2B, 2nd floor condo with 928 sq. ft. is turnkey furnished and located in the Seaplace community on Longboat Key, just three miles north of St. Armand's Circle. Seaplace is one of the largest, most highly sought after complexes on Longboat Key. From the kitchen, you can see the dining room, living room, screened patio and the ocean! The condo sleeps four (1 king bed & 2 twin beds) with a shower in the master bathroom and a shower/tub in the guest bathroom. Washer/Dryer, internet, phone, and basic cable provided with two TV's in the unit. The private beach access is just off the clubhouse which is steps away. There is a huge pool/hot tub area, beachfront patio, 4 grills, tennis, game room, library, and monthly events for anyone to enjoy. Longboat Key Club golf course is approx. 2 miles away. Also enjoy strolling around St. Armand's Circle which offers top-rated dining and shopping. Association requires TWO-MONTH MINIMUM lease.

Wonderful, just wonderful

I was fortunate enough to call this gem my home for two months. The condo is beautiful, clean, with views of the sunset, and plenty of amenities. Everything with the rental went smoothly from getting the keys to departure. I enjoyed it so much that I look forward to getting back to it someday and highly recommend it to others.

Wonderful unit, great location, nice staff, and beautiful views!!!

Unit: The unit is well maintained and clean. We were in Florida with our two young daughters (3 and 5). The second bedroom was perfect for them. There is also a separate full bath, so managing the girls and guests was a breeze. The master bedroom has a private bath with large shower that includes a sitting bench. The king bed is a bit soft for my preference, but was quite serviceable for our stay. (It is worth noting that the bathrooms are located between the two bedrooms, allowing for a greater sense of privacy.) The main room is open and bright. The kitchen is on the smaller side, but well laid out and extremely functional. The unit also includes its own stacked washer and dryer, of which we made considerable use during our stay. The kitchen is open to the dining and living room areas, giving a nice sense of space. (The rental agreement asks that furniture be replaced in the original arrangement, but we found that for the period of our stay, it was more convenient to have the larger couch facing the television). There are views of the Gulf from the living room and the screened in patio.

Location: The location is wonderful! Longboat Key is beautiful and much quieter than many of the keys. The beaches are gorgeous, and the amenities nearby are fantastic! The unit is located just 1 mile from Publix (grocery) and CVS (drugstore) for immediate shopping needs. There are also several restaurants located nearby.

Seaplace: The unit has covered parking for one vehicle, with plenty of guest parking close by if needed. The residents were extremely friendly and kind during our stay. (Say “hi” to Captain Tommy out at the pool!). This unit is located immediately across a parking lot drive from the main pool complex, featuring a large swimming pool, a kids pool (with toys), and a spa. Just beyond the pool is the gorgeous, private beach with lounges and chairs available. The pavilion near the main pool includes a large reception room with multiple tables and a large screen tv, with a patio and grills.

Rental Agency: Finally, the rental agency was extremely easy to work with throughout the entire rental process. They (Stevie was our agent) were quick to get us documents, easy to reach with questions, and did everything one could reasonably expect to make our stay as easy and comfortable as possible. Finally, they made check-out a snap, and were quick to return our deposit after reviewing the unit upon our departure.
