Once you're here you'll never need to get in a car unless you're traveling 15 minutes to ANY beach. Beach towels and a beach bag are included.

This unit comes with a large master bedroom (queen bed) (chaise lounge) (TV), large walk in closet (air mattress and extra linens can be found here), a couch which sleeps one (maybe 2), one full bathroom, full kitchen, balcony, free parking space, free HIGH SPEED WiFi, cable TV, laundry on site, a pool, and walking distance to everything that Charleston has to offer. Each unit has an Apple TV so you can access your own personal movie collection with your own Apple login if wanted.

Or use ours to rent movies (honor system with a piggy bank by the TV) , watch netflix, HBO and more!

Great location so close to everything we wanted to go do and see in Charleston. Free parking and wifi were great perks. Loved the balcony, will definitely be our go to when visiting Charleston!

Great location at a great price!

This was a perfect place to stay while in town for a friends wedding. Close to the market, bars and food. Plus free parking and a much better price than any hotel in the city!

Location is hard to beat

The apartment building was disappointing, but the unit itself is very charming and as shown in the photos. During our visit, there was never more than 3-4 other cars in the entire parking lot, so the building felt like it is all rentals (whether you consider that good or bad). The location was perfect for a launching pad for everything we wanted to do downtown, and as we explored areas outside downtown having a place to park was wonderful. The unit itself has everything you can possibly need and I would stay here again on my next visit. My husband likes the air to be very cold, so if you're the same, the air conditioning may not be able to keep up, but that is common for us so is probably more of an "us" thing vs. an issue with the apartment. The mattress topper was very comfortable but probably added to feeling overheated as we slept.

THE place to stay in Charleston!

Look no further! We stayed in two of Justin's units and they were both superb. The building, itself, is a little "tired" but when you open your door, you are home. Everything you need is there; the decor may be contemporary or eclectic, but both were welcoming and very well equipped. The photos are very accurate. The LOCATION is phenomenal..one block from a great supermarket, short walk to many, many fine restaurants, the City Market, King St. The Battery, etc etc. You can literally walk anywhere or take a bike taxi, free trolley, cab, uber - there is no need to drive but that is even easy! We ate at Cru, Coast, Magnolia's, Fleet Landing, Hank's and walked to them. (the dining is outrageous). We visited Boone Hall Plantation, took Adventure Tours Downtown Historical Tour and Magnolia's Plantation, the Old Slave Mart, took a ferry to Fort Sumter, and spend a few hours at Folly Beach. The pool in the back was a great way to unwind and get a little exercise.

Justin and Mary were very responsive to any questions and were willing to go above and beyond to make our stay perfect! We hate to leave our little slice of Charleston but Savannah beckons.

Great location and clean

We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves in Charleston. The biggest factor was location and everything was within walking distance or a very short drive to get to. If we needed anything, a Harris Teeter was just down the street from the condo; a plus was that a starbucks was inside the H.T. Thanks for opening up your place to us!

Great Location, Parking and "At Home Feel"

We found the unit clean and comfortable. Getting into the building was a little tricky at first until a nice gentleman came along after 15 minutes of trying and instructed that the door has to be opened a split second after the code was entered. Cable TV didn't work in either room however, there was an external antenna connected to the one in the bedroom that reached local channels only. An Apple TV device was connected in the living room that only allowed using apps like Netflix and etc.. Discovered that someone left a ladies' undergarment behind the sofa. We left a note at check out for housekeeping to see it. Pool was full of leaves and the filtering system wasn't working. I'm sure there are reasonable answers for these "downfalls" and will be corrected. Things happen and nothing is ever perfect. On a positive note, I would recommend this condo for its location, parking and "at home feel."
