Once you're here you'll never need to get in a car unless you're traveling 15 minutes to ANY beach. Beach towels and a beach bag are included.

This unit comes with a large master bedroom (queen bed) (chaise lounge) (TV), large walk in closet (air mattress and extra linens can be found here), a couch which sleeps one (maybe 2), one full bathroom, full kitchen, balcony, free parking space, free HIGH SPEED WiFi, cable TV, laundry on site, a pool, and walking distance to everything that Charleston has to offer. Each unit has an Apple TV so you can access your own personal movie collection with your own Apple login if wanted.

Or use ours to rent movies (honor system with a piggy bank by the TV) , watch netflix, HBO and more!

You’re one block from a 24/7 grocery store, 3 blocks from historic King Street Shopping District, 3 blocks from East bay's wonderful restaurant and bars, 1/2 a block from the Carriage Tour Ride headquarters and 2 blocks from Market Street. The location can’t be beat.

Hotels in this district will run $350 - $600 a night and still can't compare to the space, free dedicated parking, and amenities we can provide.

Condo is close enough to walk to all of downtown Charleston, restaurants/entertainment/shopping etc. If you do plan on traveling a farther distance there are plenty of Uber drivers around the city. The bike rickshaw stand is on Market Street which is just 2 blocks away.

great/ without a doubt

condo was clean/ best,fastest wifi internet/ stayed in this building before, the hallways were in great shape only complaint in past/ park car walk to market, king st. meeting st. safe area/ Justin allowed us to check in when we arrived 3 hours early/ great stay/ will be back at this unit thanks justin

Met all our needs.

The condo was perfect for 3 of us. Its location and reasonable price were the reason we chose it, as we wanted to be close enough to walk everywhere. It served us well. The only reason we didn't give it 5 stars is the toilet runs constantly and sometimes doesn't flush.

Great Getaway

We've had a great stay, location, location, and weather was fantastic (79degrees on Jan 15!). We could walk to everything! This condo tells quite a story of Charleston through pictures and other decorations, all the Spoleto Festivals the owners must have been too. It doesn't lack for anything,. Our only complaint is the TV system, Apple TV is of no use to us, we only wanted to watch news so had to watch in the bedroom on very small TV.

Great location so close to everything we wanted to go do and see in Charleston. Free parking and wifi were great perks. Loved the balcony, will definitely be our go to when visiting Charleston!

This was a perfect place to stay while in town for a friends wedding. Close to the market, bars and food. Plus free parking and a much better price than any hotel in the city!

Location is hard to beat

The apartment building was disappointing, but the unit itself is very charming and as shown in the photos. During our visit, there was never more than 3-4 other cars in the entire parking lot, so the building felt like it is all rentals (whether you consider that good or bad). The location was perfect for a launching pad for everything we wanted to do downtown, and as we explored areas outside downtown having a place to park was wonderful. The unit itself has everything you can possibly need and I would stay here again on my next visit. My husband likes the air to be very cold, so if you're the same, the air conditioning may not be able to keep up, but that is common for us so is probably more of an "us" thing vs. an issue with the apartment. The mattress topper was very comfortable but probably added to feeling overheated as we slept.
