It offers a split floor plan with kitchen, dining room, living room, small bedroom and a full bathroom downstairs; 2 master bedrooms upstairs on opposite sides with private bathrooms. Can sleep up to 8 comfortably with a queen bed in the master bedroom, queen bed in the second bedroom, two twin beds in the bedroom downstairs, pull-out loveseat and a couch in the living room. Townhouse is tastefully decorated in beautifully neutral colors. Everything is kept pristine and very clean condition. The unit is facing community park with BBQ grills.

Apartment was close to many activities, golf, zoo, scottsdale, botanical gardens and hiking.

Felt very safe in this gated community. The property was roomy, clean and had basic supplies for our stay. There are dog owners in the neighborhood and they would walk their dogs in the park responsibly. Occasionally the dogs would have a dispute, but we like animals, so we understood.

Great location, great stay.

Our stay here could not have been better. We were in town for our sons wedding. We were, literally, 10 minutes from the airport, the wedding venue, rehearsal dinner venue and the Botanical Gardens! Great location. Easy to follow instructions for access. Condo was clean and had everything we needed. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Excellent location, beautiful interior, perfection!

This was a fantastic home! The set-up was perfect for us! My best friend had her own bedroom/bathroom; my daughter and son-in-law had the largest master suite for their 3year Anniversary, and I had my own bathroom and the twin beds- ABSOLUTELY MOST COMFORTABLE EVER! We had a 10month old infant and were able to block the stairs with a gate. We did buy hangers at the dollar store, as there were none in any of the closets. Geographically this home is the right distance to all hiking areas we were interested in! We took advantage of the pool & hot tub day after day after hiking!

The dog park of the complex is immediately out the front door, so barking dogs early in the morning is common; but we love animals and enjoyed meeting the dog owners.

I would stay in this home on an annual basis!

Great place. Great host. Great memories. Easy.

We had a group of friends flying in from all around the country. Our flights got in at various times throughout the day. A cab ride to this location was very cheap. The host allowed us to arrive early so that we would not have to hang out at the airport till check-in. She provided us with everything we needed for a great trip. Completely worry free. Easy. Very quick to communicate with the guests. Do yourself a favor, and book this residence for your trip. You will not regret it.

Perfect Phoenix Getaway!

We stayed for 10 days and thoroughly enjoyed the amenities this property and what the city of Phoenix had to offer. The pool was an excellent bonus to the unit and I believe we swam there every single day. The neighbors in the complex area are very friendly and helpful, often sharing shopping and local attractions tips. It is very close to downtown (2 miles to the light rail or 6 miles to downtown by car) and all the wonderful museums, ballpark, and approximately 5 miles from the Phoenix Zoo. The unit itself had three spacious bedrooms and high ceilings, which made the place feel bigger than it really was. The property exceeded my expectations. The only thing I would caution prospective renters about is the proximity to the dog park (literally out front). Perfect for dog lovers, maybe not so perfect for those who do not like dogs.

Relaxing setting, lovely condo

The condo was in great condition, clean, and the kitchen included everything we needed. There is a bathroom available next to each of the three bedrooms. We loved the pool, (which is a two minute walk from the condo, inside the gated community), and felt very safe. Being centrally located, we never waited more than 8 minutes for an Uber car. I was very pleased with this rental and would seek it out again if I was returning to Phoenix.

I take pride in my rental property. I personally check the townhouse every time before guests’ arrival. I assess condition of the linens, towels, rugs, dishes, etc. I ensure that house is clean and everything is in working order. I use professional cleaning services after guests’ departure. House get thorough cleaning including windows, baseboards, behind the furniture, top of the ceiling fans, appliances, patio and more. I regularly replace air filters and perform on-going maintenance. All carpets are professionally cleaned every six months.
