Large Townhouse With 3 Bedrooms, 3 Baths And Two Car Attached Garage

The property was updated in July 2017 with new wood floors upstairs and fresh paint. We also replaced mattresses, pillows, towels and bedding in both Master bedrooms. Our townhouse has newer flooring throughout and NO CARPETS! It is light and bright with modern furnishings.

Large townhouse with 3 bedrooms, 3 baths and two car attached garage. It offers a split floor plan with kitchen, dining room, living room, small bedroom and a full bathroom downstairs; 2 master bedrooms upstairs on opposite sides with private bathrooms. Can sleep up to 8 comfortably with a queen bed in the master bedroom, queen bed in the second bedroom, two twin beds in the bedroom downstairs, pull-out loveseat and a couch in the living room. Townhouse is tastefully decorated in beautifully neutral colors. Everything is kept pristine and very clean condition. The unit is facing community park with BBQ grills.

Included free cable, telephone and high-speed wireless internet.

***PLEASE NOTE*** For rentals during hot seasons, if you are someone who requires very cool temperatures, the utilities may skyrocket as rates charged by utility co. are higher during these months. If utility bills soar over minimum usage allowed during your stay, a utility charge will be deducted from your deposit. We have average bills for comparison so please know this is only with excessive use. Average thermostat settings are 78 during days and 72 at night during May-Oct seasons. We greatly appreciate your understanding. It is why we can reduce our summer rates to be affordable to all.

Great home away from home!

3 adult couples enjoyed a one week stay in the 3 bedroom/3 bathroom unit. The location is perfect getting around the Phoenix area and close to Sky Harbour Airport. Would we stay there again? Absolutely. Would we recommend this rental to our friends? Absolutely. Thanks Julia!

GREAT STAY & CONVEINIANT LOCATION

Gave Julia the 5 star because all that I expected was there. Was there for three weeks with my brother and our wives in Febuary, so the 3BD3BA WAS more than enough. Kitchen was clean and well equipped to eat in and we where close to a Walmart, Fryes, and Costco for groceries. Since one couple drove in and the other flew in, being within 10 minutes from the airport was a plus. A car is needed.

The double garage with the townhome was great. Coming from Canada we had the heated pool & spa to ourselves nearly every day. Location was great for the activities we did(golf,museums,botanical garden, NHL hockey, MLB training camp, and PGA tournament).

Finally we must tell you that our unit is within 6 feet from a dog park, so for dog lovers and if Julia gives you the permission to bring your own pet you'll be in heavan!!! If not you will have company to remind you of Snoopy back home😂򐠽򐨂.

As mentioned dogs are in a better shape than children if you should travel with young ones. Aside the pool area, not much playing ground unless you want to share the dog park.

Overall it was a great stay and to Julia it was a pleasure dealing with you😎򓠽򓨎

Phoenix is famous for desert golf courses and elegant fashion centers. The Papago Golf Course, the Rolling Hills Golf Course, the ASU Karsten Golf Course, the Continental Golf Club, the Phoenician Golf Course and the Arizona Biltmore Country Club are all within 5 miles.
