This distinctive condominium (1400 sq. feet) is in the heart of a vibrant 55+ community loaded with many activities and an executive golf course. This condo is on the third floor with underground parking with an elevator to the third floor and is very secure. Because you are on the third floor, your view of the sunset and mountains is breathtaking. Picture yourself on the balcony or sofa having this view along with a beverage. This two bedroom condo has two bathrooms and offers a king-sized bed in the master bedroom (memory foam) and a queen-sized bed in the guest bedroom. The kitchen has granite counters and the condo is fully furnished. The living room has a 47” smart flat screen T.V. and also a desk and printer. The condo is only steps away from one of the 3 heated pools (85 degrees), spa, and tennis courts. This 55+ community is a jewel for it has everything you need and you will find it is difficult to find time to leave it. It is conveniently located near casual and fine dining restaurants. Major shopping malls, cinema, grocery stores and numerous other shopping experiences. This unit was recently purchased by me and had been newly decorated with furnishings, linens and cookware. There are granite counter-tops in the kitchen and bathrooms along with new sinks and faucets.

Sunland village offers many amenities including heated pools, hot tubs, therapy pool, an 18 hole executive golf course which runs throughout the community, clubhouse, restaurant, exercise facility, dancing, library, computer lab, woodworking & ceramics workshops, billiards, tennis courts, shuffleboard, lawn bowling, planned activities and day-trips, walking paths, and much more!

I had moved from Green Bay, WI to Mesa, AZ in 2004. At that time I purchased a home in Mesa; however, my sister purchased a home in Sunland Village and I found myself at her home every evening for there is so much going on. I also enjoy the community and the people are friendly; therefore, I decided to purchase a condo for the future. In the meantime, I will share it with winter visitors. The longer I live in Mesa, the more impressed I am with the sunshine and many varied opportunities available within a short distance. In the past, I have had a Bed and Breakfast and do take pride in making guests comfortable and pampered.

I choose this particular community because it feels more like a resort and a place where one can meet new friends. I chose this condo because it is secure, spacious, has gorgeous sunsets and a view of the distant mountains. The secured underground garage with the elevator takes you right to your condo. One of the heated pools, hot tub, and tennis courts are steps from the back door where you can meet people if you so choose. Restaurants and entertainment are in the community or very near. The grounds are immaculately kept and the whole community feels very peaceful.

What makes this condo unique

I love the balcony for you can enjoy your coffee in the morning sun or a beverage in the evening while watching the sunset. The kitchen is fully equipped so you can make a gourmet meal should you choose to eat in. If you are a golfer, it's central to many golf courses including our executive golf course on the property. The area also has shopping, sports venues, trail rides, Old Scottsdale, casinos, Goldfield Ghost Town and Golf Town water park.

Sunland Village is a large, prestigious community located in the beautiful East Valley area of Mesa, Arizona. The view of the Superstition Mountains at sunrise is only the beginning of the many qualities that the area enjoys. With the chain of the five Salt River lakes approximately 20 miles to the east, the area is boundless with recreational opportunities including Boyce Thompson Arboretum State Park, Canyon and Saguaro Lakes and Usury Mountain Recreational Area. For those whose taste includes indoor activities, there are events year round in the area such as the new Mesa Arts Center, Gammage Auditorium and Chandler Museum of the Arts. With a population of over 4000 active adults, Sunland Village offers a friendly hometown feeling - close enough to the city for convenience but far enough away for tranquility. "We totally enjoyed our stay in your large beautiful condo. We had most of the amenities of home. Sunland Villages offers many activities for all guest to participate. We enjoyed the pool, pickle ball, golf, ceramics, wood shop, lapidary, a great concert by the "Songsters", and dining at Rochesters at the golf course. Everyone is so welcoming and there is no charge for most activities. The sunsets from our balcony were breathtaking; especially, with the mountains in the background.

Thanks, JoAnna, for doing everything from helping us move in to buying a new T.V. for the bedroom. You've done everything to make or experience most enjoyable. "

We really enjoyed staying at Sunland Village. The condo was exceptionally clean, spacious, and nicely furnished. We liked the fact that there was secure underground parking too. The owner was very helpful and available to answer questions and make suggestions about activities and restaurants. We recommend the Blue Adobe Grill for those who like spicey Mexican cuisine. After lunching there, The Desert Botanical Garden in Phoenix is a lovely place to walk off some calories.
