This condo has just been freshly painted, has new living room furniture and decor and new bed linens in the master. The condo's location on the 19th floor allows for a full view of the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico and the white sand beaches as well as the exotic tropical pool area with its tiki bars, bridges, fountains, hot tubs and zero entry pool. Without leaving the resort you can enjoy the fitness center, steam room, sauna and other spa services as well as the large heated indoor pool. Your rental also comes with a reserved covered parking space. Everything you could want or need off the beach is only a short distance away. We are across the street from Wal-Mart and next door to Pineapple Willy's, a Waffle House and major top-rated restaurants. In addition, you will find a couple of Red Box rental locations, Ripley's Museum, go-carts and other family activities all within walking distance of the condo. Pier Park, a short drive away, offers great shopping, dining and an exciting night life.

The main living area contains custom furniture and has a queen sleeper and a full sleeper sofas. All providing for a truly laid back and relaxing experience. You will find you can kick back in comfort as you view the 55 inch plasma HDTV & DVD or step out onto the balcony to enjoy the coastal breezes and views. If you need to do business or just want to surf the net we have up graded our wireless to a cable high speed modem.

The fully equipped kitchen with granite counters and bar area allows one to dine in if they choose. The pub style table allows additional seating for 2-4 people for dining or playing games together.

In the master bedroom you will find a king bed with an upgraded deluxe comfort mattress and new bed linens that speaks luxury--inviting you to settle in for the evening to view the 32 inch plasma TV or prepare to get a restful nights sleep.Attached is the master bath with tub shower combo .

The bunk room also has upgraded mattresses and a full closet, so it is very fitting for utilization by adults. An extra privacy door has been added to this room as well. Both bathrooms are very roomy with the bathroom attached to the bunk room and has a washer and dryer.

Our condo is done in such a way that you will not want to leave when the time comes and we have had several people who have extended their stay when we did not have someone coming right in behind them. excellent condo, poor setting

Let me start of by saying that our condo was excellent, just as pictured and described. From here it goes downhill. The parking garage is small and hard to navigate, if you meet someone in the corners, someone has to stop and wait and trucks with hitches stick out in the driveway just waiting to snag a tire or fender. The Security staff likes to harass the teenage girls. My daughter and her friend were coming from across the street headed to the condo without their $35 PER DAY wristband ( used to access the pools and the beach ), when he confronted them and asked where they were going to which they stated, to our condo. He accused them of trying to use the pool and then followed them up to the 19th floor where our condo was located. Then there is the elevators, always full and crampacked. There are over 700 rooms on 23 floors and 6 elevators, 2 of which are on the back side and mostly unnoticed, so its pretty much 4 elevators that you wait on and wait on, and wait some more. Then they tend to overload which causes failures which lead to being STUCK in an elevator. This lack of elevators also leads to sweaty, sandy, oily, people with beach inflatables craming in with you after you have cleaned up and gotten ready to go out for dinner and rubbing up against you. More than once, we walked up and down the smelly stairs. It was noisy at night with kids yelling and screaming late into the night. I will not stay here again and would not recommend it. The ONLY reason I gave it 2 stars is because of the condo itself.

PERFECT CONDO! I will never use another company!

I was having a hard time and needed a getaway! I got in my car and headed to PCB from Atlanta, while driving down I contacted the owners of this condo and we took care of everything over the phone. They made this trip perfect and smooth, which was EVERYTHING I needed.

Great stay at a beautiful PCB condo

I have visited PCB condo over Labor Day weekend with my husband and two kids, 11 and 14. The condo boasts a fantastic ocean view from a HUGE balcony - my kids watched dolphins jump right below us! All beds were comfortable and had good quality linens. We loved music and activities by the pool provided by the resort. Pool chairs were the most comfortable I have ever seen. The location was very convenient for shopping and entertaining. We will be back!

Relaxing Visit in a NICE Condo

Visited PCB after spring break to relax. Unit was nicely decorated and clean. Enjoyed the area especially the restaurants nearby. Walmart being across the street was a lifesaver. Beach was nice. Pool area was exceptional. Loved the winding pool. Kids had a great time. Will come back. Thanks so much for the nice accomodations.

FANTASTIC STAY !!!!!

Exceptional condo unit. Nicely decorated and clean - my two key parts to an enjoyable vacation. Weather was great which is another key factor. View of Gulf was also exceptional. Enjoyed the outdoor pool and jacuzzi. Did not use the indoor ones but looked nice. Great restaurants nearby. Will definitely come again next year.

Shores of Panama Spring Break Nightmare! Awful, Awful, Awful!!

Bar none, it was the worst vacation experience of our life. My husband asked for direction to our parking space, he was informed you just have to look for it. The front desk area was pandemonium, screaming, shoving, and a fifteen minute wait. The front desk staff was exceedingly rude.

While the condo is nicely appointed, we left it far cleaner than we found it. The throw rugs throughout the unit were filthy, I had to wash all of them before allowing anyone to walk on them. My son found a half empty beer can under the coffee table. Only one bathroom had toilet paper; fortunately, I came prepared and had brought our own. It seemed so nice, I was so very wrong. The “security” people were downright hostile and intimidating to our children, ages 17 and 15. They stopped my son and berated him because he wasn’t wearing his “wristband”, when my son informed this person that he didn’t know he needed one, they rolled their eyes, grabbed his wrist and put one on him. My son wasn’t being disrespectful, because NO ONE informed us that wristbands were required to gain entry into the facility.

Four elevators to accommodate all of the units makes for thirty minute wait times for a ride to the 19th floor. The stairwells reeked of urine and vomit! So disgusting! People were smoking in the elevators, the smell was awful. We were unable to open our door wall the entire week because the smell of marijuana filled the unit!!! My 17 year old daughter was approached by countless drunken teenage boys asking her to join the “party”, made no difference to them that my husband and I were standing right there.

The noise from the spring breakers was cacophonous 24/7, drunken screaming, loud music, EVERY NIGHT! And one evening at 2:30am, gunshots. On Sunday at 12:30 in the morning there was the first of three fire alarms for the week, and we were required to evacuate the building. At 3:45am another morning, I heard 5 “pops". The following morning, my husband and I left the condo for a run and found a trail of BLOOD that ran the entire length of the 19th floor corridor. It wasn’t until late afternoon that the gruesome mess was cleaned up. Don't spend you money for this terrible place!!!

Owner's Response: We are a professional rental company that has over 12 plus condos in this building. I wish you would of called me to voice some of your concerns. I know when families bring there underage kids and those kids meet other kids they tend to do things that make life more interesting. When people go on the busiest rental vacation week of the year. They should tend to expect to wait in line for the front desk, pools, food, restaurants, etc. I know our building has hired more security than most other buildings down in Panama City Beach. When arriving to the condo you would have been giving wrist bands right away to be on the property. If you don't wear them the security will stop you and start asking you questions. With this large of a building and having so many people there. This is the best way to monitor the people flow. I know when it comes to our units they are professionally cleaned and well taken care of. Our cleaning staff has had over 25 years of experience in the housekeeping world. If there was a problem, I truly wish I would of gotten a call and my ladies could of been over there when you checked in to touch up what you were not happen with. I take all issues and try to make things better for the next families. If I can help you out in the future on a more quiet vacation let me know. We have contacts all over FL. Orlando, Naples, Ft Meyers etc.
