This home is fully furnished with views of the mountains from the living and master windows. If you are looking for temporary lodging for your staff, this home sleeps up to 8. The community amenities are restricted to home owners and their guests (up to 5 in the pool) and was designed for pedestrians in mind. There are walking trails all around the community.
3 bedrooms include a king in the master and 2 queens in the spare. We can remove the queens and replace with twin beds for guests who are staying longer than a month upon request. Home also includes a fully stocked kitchen with electric kettle and coffee bean grinder, blow dryer in bathroom and all linens. Laundry room has a washer/dryer, ironing board and iron. It is perfect for corporate or vacation needs. This home is two stories, all the bedrooms and full bathrooms are up stairs, half bath down stairs. This home has no yard. Small pets are welcome with additional fee but no smoking in the property. The garage is attached to the home, the access door leads to the kitchen and fits two standard vehicles. There is additional parking across from the garage and down the street. It is near the Saquaro National Park, hiking and walking trails, lots of shopping, 10 Miles from the Davis-Monthan Air Force Base, 8 min from Fred Enke Golf Course as well as other golf courses, 10 minutes to the I10 freeway and is part of a wonderful family and pet friendly community. HomeAway currently does not have a way to filter tax exceptions properly so I had to be creative in some instances. (The admin fee for example)
If you are charged tax in error I will know it as soon as I view the booking details. When one occurs I will correct/refund it usually within a day or two.
