This is a pet friendly home for one small dog, under 20 pounds. Pets must be pre-approved. An additional non-refundable pet fee is required and is not included in the rental fee. Please call our office for approval and to pay the pet fee. Failure to adhere to this policy will result in a $500.00 fine.

Only adults (25 years old and older) may reserve this property and an adult must occupy the property at all times.

Located just a few blocks off Main Street at the bottom of Ravenel Ridge on Wilson Road, it's an easy walk to dinner at the Lakeside Restaurant on Harris Lake or a stroll to the lake to feed the ducks and geese. Walk to Main Street to dine at one of the many restaurants, or enjoy a wonderful spa treatment at the award winning Old Edwards Inn and Spa.

This home is designed for convenience, entertaining and relaxing on the covered deck. The master bedroom is conveniently located on the main floor and there are two queen bedrooms downstairs. Please note that the bunk beds in the virtual tour have been replaced with a queen bed.

Great outdoor areas include the covered main level deck with wood burning fireplace, TV and a large table for dining al fresco. A lower level Pub deck includes a ping pong table, dart board and hammock chair.

You will absolutely love the proximity and convenience of this great vacation home to Main Street and all that downtown has to offer.

Cancellation Policy

In the event of a cancellation by tenant, a reservation canceled between 0-45 days prior to arrival is not eligible to receive a refund. If more than 45 days notice is given, tenant shall receive a refund of all payments made by tenant, less an administrative fee of 10% of the Total Cost of the Reservation.

House worked for our weekend guests

Location worked well for our guest in conjunction with the house down the drive. Well equipped home. Only remark would be the bunk bed room is in an unfinished basement area, so not ideal for adult guests.

Nice Place Minus the Management

The weekend had its weather-related complications which drove us to the deck as power was knocked out. Deck portable heaters LP tanks were empty as they were not checked before our arrival. The following day management promised delivery of tanks, which never happened. Instead, excuses and apologies. We've refilled tanks but what this place cost us we should not be the ones to bother with this.

This property was perfect for us! We were two couples traveling together to a family wedding in Highlands, and the layout of the house provided us with our own bedrooms and bathrooms. The living space was roomy and well appointed. We loved the outdoor deck and enjoyed an evening in front of the fireplace. The location allowed us to walk downtown if we preferred. We were all extremely pleased.
