Nestled against a mountainside and near the beautiful Big Thompson River, the D&J Victorian Townhome offers beautiful surroundings and a relaxing atmosphere. The cabin has a victorianized exterior, an immaculate, beautifully decorated interior, and a front porch with swing to enjoy the refreshing Colorado air and wildlife that frequent the area.

The townhome is located in the Blue Spruce Village - a quiet, private community just outside of the city limits of Estes Park. Rocky Mountain National Park is just a quarter mile to the west of the property, allowing an easy 20 minute hike directly to Moraine Park within Rocky Mountain National Park.

The Big Thompson River is about 50 yards away, and guests have full access to both sides of the river, including picnic tables. D&J Victorian Townhome is in the 2nd line of homes - not directly on the river, but very close!

* Children over 12 are welcome.

* 6 person maximum occupancy.

* A 5th and/or 6th person are $15 extra per person, per night.

The following are some of the comments we've received from past guests:

'Thanks for letting us share a wonderful Thanksgiving weekend with out-of-state family in your beautifully appointed townhome. The photos on the web don't do it justice.'

'How lucky can you be? Browsing through the internet for leads, a few telephone calls, a long cross-country drive. A spot on the map became reality - Estes Park, gem of Colorado's Rockies. Then over strange streets to Blue Spruce Village and our home for one wonderful week - the D&J Victorian. It was truly a pleasant surprise to walk into such a warm and homey place. And it was immaculate!! We hate to leave, but have enjoyed every minute of our stay here and look forward to a repeat performance.'

'We had such a wonderful time in Estes Park. And we couldn't ask for a better place to stay. All the personal touches really made us feel welcome. We hope to come back in the near future. Thanks for making our time in Colorado really special. God Bless!'

Guestbook comments from the manager

We had an amazing time exploring Estes Park and RMNP. This was a very lovely place to stay and we enjoyed sitting outside to enjoy the sun. We also watched elk walk through the neighborhood! This is the first of many trips to Estes Park!

Beautiful getaway

  • 5 of 5

We truly enjoyed our stay at Victorian Townhome(Sept. 17-20), from the feel of home, to the mountainous outdoors! We were blessed to see God's majesty in the Rocky Mountains and His creation including tall Blue Spruce and colorful Aspen trees and a beautiful bull elk grazing right behind the home on the mountainside! This home was well furnished with all the comforts of home, and was conveniently located between Estes Park and Rocky Mountain National Park. The owners were very accomodating and easy to speak with. This was our first trip to the area, and we will be back!

We love Estes Park. This was our second visit using VRBO. It is the best way to vacation.

The townhome was extremely clean and comfortable. We enjoy fixing our own meals on vacation and the kitchen was well equipped. The Elk greeted us at the entrance and the country store down the road when we first got there. It is always a great adventure at Estes Park.

Beautiful Victorian Townhome in Estes Park, CO

  • 5 of 5

Beautifully decorated, cozy, charming, clean, delightful. Communications with owner -prompt, courteous, accommodating, follow through excellent. Near all of Estes Park attractions, yet peaceful and quiet here like a million miles away from nowhere--with only the sound of the running water in the Big Thompson river nearby. Three sisters from Nebraska who have been coming to Estes since childhood (60+years) - This is now one of our most favorite places to stay for that wonderful revival of spirit and soul. We hope to return again to this lovely home. thank you......

Great Estes experience

  • 5 of 5

The Victorian Townhome near Estes was a great place to stay. We were there 3 days. After having spent the past 15 years vacationing in Estes and staying at a motel near downtown, this was a great upgrade. It was near the Big Thompson river and in a secluded neighborhood. We had an awesome experience watching a mama bear and two cubs roaming around a neighbor's yard.
