Welcome to the Inn at Seacrest Beach Unit 407! One bedroom studio condo with KING bed and fresh linens head-to-toe for each guest! Kitchenette that includes a full size refrigerator with ice maker, Keurig coffeemaker (complimentary coffee), microwave, blender, toaster, convection oven, electric skillet, griddle, crock pot and a Magic Bullet juicer. All the comforts of home including a 32' TV with Blu-Ray player and wi-fi. Two (2) Tommy Bahama backpack beach chairs and an umbrella for the beach. Steps from the elevator to the front door. Keypad lock with personalized code! Sleeps 2.

About Bud Tremain

My wife and I were married in Seaside (about 10 miles west on 30-A) and have always loved the tranquility of the area and the white beaches and clear water of the gulf. We recently relocated to the Emerald Coast from outside of Columbus, Ohio. My wife owns "While You're Away", a home management, staging and concierge service and I work at Shark's Tooth Golf Club. We have owned vacation property in the Outer Banks, Myrtle Beach and currently have a timeshare in Hilton Head as well.

The Inn at Seacrest Beach is sandwiched between million dollar communities (Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach) which offer fine dining, shopping and leisure activities. The area is pristine and has none of the high rise hotels and neon lights like other major tourist resort areas.

What makes this condo unique

Share your favorite beverage in the morning or watch the beautiful sunsets in the evenings from the private balcony. Take a dip in the large complex swimming pool or relax those tired muscles in the hot tub. Walk down to Rosemary Beach and have lunch @ the Summer Kitchen Cafe or dinner @ the Cowgirl Kitchen or LaCrema. Quench your thirst with a margarita @ La Cocina Mexican Restaurant in the Village of South Walton (2 block walk). For a dessert to remember, try LaCrema in Rosemary Beach for wonderful chocolate dishes as well as tapas. If sports are on your mind, hit Shade's at the corner of 30-A and 98. If you wish to venture a little further, the Red Bar in Grayton Beach (about 20 minutes west on 30-A) and Hurricane's are local favorites! Salty Sue's and The Craft Bar are casual spots towards Panama City Beach on Highway 98.

For the special lunch or dinner, walk west one block to George's. We have never been disappointed.

Home away from home!

Checking in was easy. Literally the cleanest rental I've ever stayed in! Very comfortable. Great location! Beautiful view of the gulf. Perfect for a couples weekend at the beach. We will stay again for sure!

Can't wait to come back!

Two if By Sea was PERFECT!!! I loved the location! Such a close walk to Alys, Seacrest and Rosemary - we enjoyed walking there every day. The walk to the beach is very easy - about 2 blocks to the "big chair" and the same distance to the walkover through the easement. The king bed was very comfortable - we slept GREAT! Also - the kitchen we well-equipped for everything we needed! We spent several mornings and late afternoons on the balcony napping and reading and watching the beautiful sky! The pool was never crowded while we were there and we loved cooling off in the afternoons. We would definitely stay here again!! Thanks for such a great place to stay!!!

Lovely condo and convenient location

My husband and I had a fabulous time. The condo is precious, and the location is perfect, with plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance. Owners were immensely helpful when we had a personal emergency. Can't wait for a return trip!

The owners are wonderful and you can tell they really care about their beautiful place. Views are stunning and I saw double rainbows multiple times. Top floor top choice. I will be back and recommend to my friends.

Great location, has everything we needed as we brought our own bikes. Love the view.

Pool is very nice. Beach is a bit of a walk with any gear or coolers. If you can't walk much drive to closer beach access. Rosemary area is very divided up in and on the beach. Nazi style. This is not the owners fault but it does make a vacation less pleasurable. It would be nice for everyone to have access to the beach without these stringent rules. When on the beach the chair nazis have the beach cordoned off and if your not staying in that particular area they tell you to move along. Which means more walking.

We are happy with the unit and its attributes. Everything was easy and understandable. The elevator was pretty fast. We enjoyed our stay as we biked up and back to Grayson, Seaside and watercolor everyday. It was a treat to have the kuerig coffee everyday. The laundry room is in a very small closet area. Had to step around door to get in. 1.50 per load each wash and dry. That would be the only complaint I have. It is scary for my wife where it is located, after a long day. So I did the laundry. These are mostly smaller units and fairly tight. But we don't mind that. Others might. Nice to have ice everyday from the fridge, the floors could use a few more cheap rugs. Seemed sticky to bare feet everyday. They were painting and had condo renovations going on in building in the mornings which was loud at the pool ...

Owner's Response: Thank you for taking the time to express your views on our unit and the surrounding area. The whole beach access is such a topic here on 30A that you can't even imagine. We use the public access at Orange Street for that reason. The laundry is small and I should have mentioned that the unit on the third floor is newer than the first floor. As for the floors, we will speak to the cleaning crew about that. We hope that you will consider returning in the future!
