3-bedroom (2 Master Suites)/3.5-bath (2400 sf) Townhouse with views of the ski runs and the surrounding mountains. We are located across the street from the Park City Golf Course, 1.3 mile from the Park City Mountain Resort and Downtown Park City restaurants, galleries & shops.
Main floor features a full kitchen with new appliances and granite counters, a dining area, living room with gas assisted fireplace a deck with a private hot tub to enjoy after a long day of skiing. The laundry and a powder room are also on this level. Dining area has seating for six to eight at the table and two at the kitchen island. Enjoy relaxing in the private hot tub on the back patio listening to McLeod Creek after a full day on the slopes.
The Master bedroom has a king, the second bedroom has a queen and a twin daybed, both bedrooms are upstairs. The downstairs has been converted to another Master Suite featuring a King bed, a big screen HDTV, gas fireplace, full bathroom, and a daybed with trundle and queen sleeper sofa for additional bedding or watching movies together.

We have been part time residents of Park City for 17 years. We got engaged at Snowbird, and we have been working since then to make Park City our primary home! Just Gotta Love the Greatest Snow on Earth!

We love the convenience of the Parkview condos, its easy to get to any of the resorts, downtown for dinner, or to head off to Snowbird, Alta, Brighton or Solitude as well. It's big enough to spread out and be comfortable.

What a great location!
The property was perfect for 4 families! The location is right in the heart of everything and the house was very well maintained and the managers were very attentive to anything needed and responded very quick. There aren’t any pictures of the hot tub outside on the deck but it is amazing and perfect! Would definitely recommend it!
Great slope-adjacent condo for large groups
I stayed here with a crew of 9 for an extended weekend in February. Our main objective was skiing, which we got tons of! If you want to ski Park City as well as The Canyons, you're in a great position to get to both. There were bus stops to each mountain a three minute walk from the front door, a great (free!) option if you don't want to bother with a car. Inside, the rooms were clean and spacious, with plenty of extra linens and towels. We appreciated this after a couple rounds in the personal hot tub! Fully stocked kitchen with everything we could have wanted to make breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
Debbie was prompt in responding, before and during our stay. This was especially helpful when we wanted to ski a half day on our day of departure and were able to keep our things in the condo past the listed check out time. All in all, we had a fantastic visit and were completely satisfied with our "Sheila" experience!

The property was in overall good condition. We had a water leak in the basement which made it cold.
The property is located just a small walk to bus route. The trip to the mountain is short. The bus ride home is longer being the last stop on the route. The property manager Islandro was terrific. If we needed anything he was right there. Overall the accommodations were clean and the size fit 3 families. The living room space is small but the bedrooms are good sized. There is s great running path right behind the property which was good for walking and playing in the snow.

The property was great and the managers were very accommodating. They provided a high chair and pack n play upon request. The home was great and easily accommodated our party of 8. There is a walking trail that you can take that is just a couple houses down from the unit, which is a huge amenity.

We have stayed in the condos on Jupiter in Park City a number of times in the past. Great location. We ski/snowboard at Canyons so everything is close. Things went well this visit. However the internet did give out on the first night. The property manager came over the next morning and let us use his wifi (he lives next door). Eventually we found a reset button on the back of the router and then all was good.
No real complaints. Went furnished units.

Not well kept
The location of this property is conveniently located on the bus route between Park City and Canyons resorts with frequent bus service. It also is conveniently located within short walking distance of a super market, liquor store, and sports store. The management of the property however leaves something to be desired. First, we could not get into the unit and were standing around with our bags in the snow. Instructions were that the key would be inside the open front door but everything was locked. We called the phone contacts that we were provided in the contract but no response. Luckily a nice lady that was walking her dog tried to call for help. Finally, a woman who was supposed to let us in showed up. At first glance the apartment looked ok but on closer inspection you could see it wasn't clean. Chewed up dog toys and dust bunnies were hiding under the furniture. The downstairs of this rental is basically a bunch of beds in an effort to cram as many people in as possible. Unfortunately, there wasn't sufficient bedding to go around even though we were assured there would be. The blankets were skimpy and the kids froze. The number of towels were the bare minimum and as a result we had to wash towels every night. There was no phone number for us to contact in order to get more bedding, toilet paper, soap etc. so we bought our own stuff. Two days later a woman came by while we were skiing and dropped off a couple of small tubes of body wash. No other restocking. The glasses and dishes were dirty inside the cabinets and we had to hand wash everything before we used them. The hot tub was small for a unit of this size. The water reeked and had the color of an unflushed toilet. Nobody came by to clean it or give us instructions as to how to clean it ourselves. Very disgusting. Overall, this was a poorly managed and poorly kept property.
We have multiple rental properties in Park City. In over a decade, this is the first negative review we’ve ever received. We take it very seriously. We’ve tried reaching out to you privately without success. There has been no response.
We’ve already apologized for the unusual lockout situation. One quick phone call would have resolved the situation immediately. The property manager lives in the unit directly next door. All during the period of your stay, he was available and communicating with us about other rentals. He never heard from you. Similarly, the cleaning supervisor met you, and says you reported no issues.
Thank you for the feedback on bedding and towels. We immediately re-inventoried on all our properties to make sure supplies are sufficient.

Our location is in a quiet location on a private road, there is a creek in the backyard area and the biking/hiking trail system passes directly behind the complex. We are located behind the Peaks Hotel for easy access to a local sports bar and across the street from the Hotel Park City - one of PC's only 5-Star Hotels - featuring a Ruth Chris Steakhouse. Hotel Park City also features the Park City Municipal Golf Course in the summer and White Pine Touring's Cross Country Ski Area in the winter. We are walking distance to the State Liquor store with the largest selection in Park City, as well as The Market grocery store, Squatter's Roadhouse Grill and several fast food restaurants. Parkview townhomes, which are located just outside downtown Park City. They are on the free citywide shuttle route, close to local restaurants and short drive to grocery stores, sporting good shops and Starbucks. Parkview backs up to a green belt walking path, and offers privacy and mountain views.
